- The physics and modeling are super impressive here, though the controls were hard to manuveur sometimes (I assume thats intentional based on the inspiration from "I am bread"). I liked the puzzles you had (the 1st one was a bit unintuitive for me personally but I got it haha) and the story/writing was humorous and left me wanting more! --- 30/40

I like the cheese concept! Really makes me wonder about the life of cheese....I am pretty bad at puzzle games, so I didnt get very far. If only I could have cheesed my way through it! :3
I really like the concept of this game and am really invested in trying to to get to the end of it. The physics and music really add the feeling that you are the a piece of cheese and are in some kinda of danger from something.... I would have like a bit more direction to what I was suppose to do as I did spend a significant amount of time before something happened and I'm not even sure what I did :D.
Overall, great concept for a game and I can't wait to see where the story goes.
This game confused me, and impressed me a lot. The storyline was really unique and I loved how floaty the cheese is. Only complaint was I never got to meet Moz! I love that cheese!!!
I thoroughly enjoyed the puzzle aspect of the game, and navigating the game as a wedge of cheese was a novel and enjoyable experience. The atmosphere really made me feel like I was in danger of being consumed by rats at any time, great job! It is awkward interacting with the chest at the start, but that may just be the nature of being a piece of cheese. I am a little confused about the ordering of unlocking the rooms, it seemed like I was able to access the top level room before the second level, and the second level references the third level's hint. Other than that, this game is a very interesting experience and I was excited to uncover more of the story between doctor rats and sentient cheeses.
Thank you so much for the comment and compliments! I did purposely make the top level the second level unlocked but I realize this ordering may not be as intuitive for others. The last unlocked level referencing the top level’s hint was also intentional but I can see how that might’ve been confusing. I’ll definitely be making some adjustments post-jam based on everyone’s feedback! Thank you!
This game was really hard. Love the eerie mood of the game. I would have liked more hints. Having never been a cheese before, it's not something I can relate to.

Its so impressive that you can feel watched at all times as a cheese with some funny movement( i dont know if its intended but i was able to fly everywhere by spamming the spacebar :D)

I don't know how you managed to get such an incredibly spooky vibe in a game where you're literally a wedge of cheese but you pulled it off and it's amazing.

I beat the game - it's very fun and the cheese physics are immaculate. That first puzzle is confusing - it almost looked like the doors were bugged at the beginning. I think some text that says "the door is locked" would really help make it clear to the player. Also that ambient music is so spooky. Thought for sure I was bout to be eaten.

I was going to add that “door locked” heads up but honestly i was so tired by the time I submitted I just left it 😅 - I’ll definitely fix it after judging is over! And yeah the first puzzle is for-sure the hardest one, i tried to hint to it as much as I could with the rat-guide without giving it away completely. I may have to go back and really emphasize my clue haha. Thanks for playing!
Twas a fun little puzzle game, I liked it, 10/10, only thing I would change is the hitboxes on certain areas, I was able to get myself caught in tight corners
