This is one of my favorite games from the jam. It was fun and easy to get into and it looked really cool. I didn't like the auto fire mechanic though, It just felt like I was waiting for my next shot at the beginning. I would give the player more control over how the fire. I definitely think if you wanted to you could take this formula/gameplay and turn it into a full release game.

thanks alot I'm glad you enjoy it. I wish I had more time to work on it.

Cool visuals! Feels like a classic arcade game that you’d find newgrounds or similar sites. The gameplay was fun, although I think the fire rate increase was too slow, it’d have been more enjoyable if it increased a bit faster. You said in the other comment that it gets overpowered, but I think you could implement e.g. an asymptotic function, so that it grows slower the faster it is, tending towards a fixed value.

Thanks for playing!! It was my first time using 3d models. I wish the guns were more complex, different shot types would be ideal in my opinion. fun fact in the middle of the jam week my pc crashed, I didnt want to mess with coding after that and just made more enemies.

It's fun and addicting. I was really digging the visual style too. Also I'm not if it's just me, but I didn't notice by speed or fire rate increasing

The addition is very minor, you start at 0.4 then add 0.25 each ten seconds max speed is 6 collision gets sketchy after that. The fire rate becomes overpowered imo. Thanks a lot for playing it
