Neat concept! I included it in my Buddy Up Jam: Winter 2022 compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look. :)

I like this concept a lot! And the music was really nice, along with the sounds. The controls drove me a bit frustrated, haha, but I guess it's not supposed to be uber easy either. I didn't manage to get out since I got stuck though, but it doesn't matter, great job all!

I like the design, the movement control is a bit too loose though, but apart from that I really liked the game and its concept

Really enjoyed playing as a matroushka doll. Felt really satisfying to escape the level in a surprising way.

This is a really neat idea. I really liked the design and the sounds of the game!

Level design was great, nice job.

The sounds for destroying the numbered blocks was so satisfying! I think it would be cool if there were even more levels with increasing difficulty each time. I found the funky physics actually added some extra challenge to a game that would have been much easier without it, thus increasing the amount of gameplay time! Nice work!

Developer

Thanks! All props to our sound designer 😁. Traditionally metroidvanias don't contains separate levels. This is the reason why there is only single level. And also time constraints. Thanks for playing!

Cute character design, nice music, and a really good interpretation of the theme! Definitely would've felt more polished given more time on the art, but still a pretty solid game. Only real issue is the zoomed out camera. Sure, it helps with finding other dolls, but it would've been good to tone it down a *little* bit.

The placeholder art was funny, the physics are kinda cool, the only thing i didnt like was the zoom out

Submitted(+1)

I really like the concept and the music is very fun and matches the game's feel. The physics were a bit hard to grasp and it became harder to discern the different numbered blocks as you zoomed out, but overall it's a solid play!

Developer

Yeah, the numbered blocks is temporary decision. I through of not to zoom out that far or mark blocks somehow different, but there is couple of hours before jam end, so I decided to keep everything as is.

Really cool game! Was fun to play and the wonky physics gave me a good few laughs xD

Developer

At least someone finds joy in the chaos 😊

Submitted(+1)

Physics was kinda wonky, but was a joy to play all the way through.

Really liked the concept.

Matches the theme very well, and really fun concept! Plus cool that you can destroy the whole map once you are BIG haha. The music was fun as well and the jumping felt good, though it good more imprecise the bigger you became?`Maybe that was just me though. Great entry :)

Developer(+1)

Imprecise jumps is more likely the combination of physics and speed scaling which is really need some tuning. Thanks for playing!

Took me a moment to realise what the coloured blocks meant but then I got it.

Air control was a little finicky but otherwise it was great.

I DID IT!

Developer

YOU DID IT!

such a cute idea! I love the mechanics of the different blocks supporting different weights!

I really really loved this. Well done!

Submitted(+1)

cute concept, and clever how the blocks you can smash changes with your size!

Submitted(+1)

Did this have inverse coyote time? The jumping felt off. But it was fun and easy to understand.

Developer(+1)

Nothing like that,  just really funky physics and low gravity value. Thanks for playing!
