I actually REALLY love this game! Everything from the art style, to the controls, to the sfx, to the mechanics, it was SO FUN!! You did an amazing job, this is actually my favorite submission :)

Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
I made everything myself from scratch, except for the bonus secret ending, that contains assets that I made before the jam, but it's just a bonus and it's not really an important part of the game.

The Food ChainI like the use of theme here. I would have also enjoyed if more of the dead mushrooms stuck around, as I died a lot on the way back to where I set myself up...
My platforming ability aside, your art style was nicely consistent, and the sfx fit well. Nice job!

Fungi FallsThe artwork is really cute, and the sound effects complement it beautifully! Reminded me of Ponpoko. I personally think the theme fits quite well. (also the game called me stupid)

Square OneThis feels like a lot of work has been put in it. I mostly like the gameplay, but I think this isn't meant for this jam, the end isn't a new beginning, nothing changes, there is just your corpse. Other than I think it would be better if there was a music similar to mario's theme.
