In what way does your game fit the theme?
When the player dash, a shield activates so he absorbs the projectiles, filling a chaos bar. When this chaos bar is 100% filled, a chaos event occurs. This event level up a side of statues (color change) making them to fire faster. The chaos bar slowly brings back to 0 and during this period, the shield doesn't pop anymore when the player dash. But the player can still dodge projectiles.
When chaos level is back to 0, the shield will appear again when you dash.
It fills (in my opinion) the theme because at some point the player will have to dash to dodge projectiles and so the player has to fill the chaos bar. So the game will speed up and the arena will without a doubt filled with lots of projectile with different speed, making chaos in the arena.
