Nice game. It seemed quite well polished visually, but the NPCs weren't very distract-able. It would be cool to see where you could take this with more than one week.

I'm sorry, I didn't understand it. Is the game complete? It says "end of the game" when I get to the second red checkpoint. Is that it? The first guy just needs the radio to be distracted and the second just needs timing to get around. And then it's over? (also, the rat turns sideways when moving) Sorry... This sounded like a cool and fun concept, but looks like it didn't get more than 30 seconds of gameplay. I wish you can keep working on it and turn it into a full game, it has potential!

Really enjoyed the idea of not controlling the main character but acting as a helper, cool concept. The visuals and music were very nice, a good representation of where the mosue was going would have been nice and I had to quit to look at how to even move the mouse, but it was very nice all round :)

Please check out my game too, we haven't had 20 ratings yet :(

Interesting and fun concept; definitely can see how this could be developed into a full game. However, initially I thought I would be directly controlling the mouse and the mouse would be interacting with things, which is not the case. You interact with random items, and it isn't clear what will work to distract the enemies. What makes these distractions happen, isn't clear. Then you simply hit spacebar and the mouse then follows a path until the next point in the map. The game art and level looks great, and is nicely animated too I might add.

Heyo~

I thought that the idea behind this is really fun! I loved being in control of a mouse and I thought the distracting actions were entertaining.

It's been mentioned before but it wasn't really clear which distraction actions did what. I was bummed when I clicked on something intractable and nothing happened. The rat also shouldn't be reset all the way to the start every time you fail, it made me feel really discouraged when I got pretty far and then had to sit through every animation again just to get back to where I was.

I hope that you take some time to really refine this game as I think with some additional polish it would be really phenomenal. Well done!

Very nice art

The presentation was phenomenal here! You brought all these different assets together really well, and overall it was all a delight to experience. Gameplay-wise, I do feel there was a bit of a lack of engagement, given how you don't get told what path the mouse is going to take, nor the vision range of the humans. I really like the idea of distracting the workers to get past, but other than the first person, it seemed that the others were not able to be distracted. With that said, I still enjoyed finding as much stuff as I could to break anyways, and the sound effects added to them were a nice touch!

As others have mentioned, I'd be interested to see where you take this, if you decided to continue working on it some more after the jam! With a path indicator, at the very least - and maybe some other mechanics to mix up how you get around, I think it could be a really solid little game! Great work to the team all around.

This needs more votes! One of the most polished games I've seen in this jam. Very very cool artwork and 3D scenes, bravo!

Wow! looks really good and feels really polished, I also liked the sounds quite a bit. I think this game has a ton of potential, are you planning on continuing the project after the jam?

Enjoyed playing!  nice concept and easy controls, and really good graphics and music , overall its a great game! keep it up!

Good concept but you only need to distract the first office worker then the other ones dont respond to anything? Looks great as well but the rat's path isnt clear and i got a glitch where its on its side as it moves? so i can see underneath it? There should be a drawn path to show where the mouse's route is and more clear indicators of when someone is distracted. Would enjoy this game once its polished up with more time than a game jam haha. Am definitely interested if you guys will try making this a proper game in the future?

Really adorable concept and execution. I'd easily play a comfy game like this if it were a bit more fully featured.
