Cool game and I love the music! I agree that the story / aesthetics remind me of Papers, Please. You built a nice world with the writing. :)

Would love to see the game / mechanics be expanded in your next versions! The concept & world is interesting, and I think the strategy of the gameplay can be explored deeper (e.g., more skill-based than luck-based % for success?  Or clearer indications before pressing the cards on what they're supposed to do to allow for strategic pre-planning).

Though the game by itself is fun, and the dialogue was very comedic.

I really love this style of game, it's a perfect blend of resource management mixed in with just enough random-ness that makes it exciting. Its premise fits the theme amazingly well, and the art is really well done! Great job!

I love this kind of games, and this one is not the exception! The concept is pretty original, and really entertaining. I think that with a little more of polish it would be almost perfect game! Congratulations!

The game is great and the concept is really original. But the game still needs some polish. It gets pretty repetitive very quickly and thereby a bit boring. The graphics are great and the sound effects are on point, which adds a lot to the already great game feel. Great work!

I am a miserable failure :( well, Worker #486 is... This game is very addictive, easy to play but not easy to win. Only thing I missed was constant bad bee puns =P, the rest of the game was brilliant! Impressive what you managed to achieve in one week :)

Love the art style! And it is a fun game... the music is lovely! Great game concept in relation to the theme of the jam. I do wish I could skip or click to load the conversations a little faster. Overall a lovely game!

This game had a lot of heart to it! The take on the theme was interesting. While it was great, I think I found it a tad easy, though maybe I just got lucky early on when I had a bunch of extra bees to allocate. Good job leaning easier rather than hard though!

This is such a great game! The art is gorgeous, the music is delightful, and it has such a great game structure. I love that you have to think through your options; it's a really well put together game!

Super fun and charming time, games like this where you can improve your chances but never quite guarantee it are cool to me for the sense of unpredictability it adds when pulled off right, and in here it definitely was executed to a reasonable degree.  The way this ties to the theme is really cool as well, with the whole idea of leading an army and all that, and was made even better by the combination of charming visuals and audio. I definitely found there to be an issue with difficulty though, as there was never a point where I really felt in any danger of losing, with most of the punishments being negligible outside a couple, and the cost of bees being very minor. The difficulty felt quite good for the first couple of days however, where there was never quite enough bees to be able to address everything nicely, but quickly snowballed to the point where I could just max out the chances for everything from the 4th day onwards. The dialogue speed also felt quite slow, though since this only came up at the start and end, it wasn't too egregious.  Despite this criticism, this is really cool and has some easy potential to become even cooler with some more balancing and refinement. 

The game was wonderful!
