Every time a piece gets taken, it "rewinds" to a previous position.

If you had a a piece FAQ that would have been nice but it didn't take long to understand the basic game, without a king to defend though a lot of the strategy feels lost, the first 10 turns the AI just moved their beast between two places and just let me move all my pieces up. But overall I think this was an amazing game to make you did very well.

Power out.Yeah, I know the AI is a little bit screwy. That's definitely a part of the game I need to sort out. The fact that there is no king piece is a way I differed from chess a little bit. I can kind of see how not having a king and just requiring removing all the opponent's pieces from the board (except the biker) diminishes the strategy a little bit. I don't really plan to add a king, I'm hoping the rewind feature can add an extra dimension to the game that sort of replaces that but the feature is not at that stage yet. I'm glad you liked my game, that makes me happy!
The concept is very original, chess with the power of controlling time. However, I am not a big fan of chess srry but anyway it is a cool game with good design. I bet it would be much funnier if playing with a friend.

LAILAYeah, it is possible to play with two players, although I submitted this with an AI controlling the blue pieces so that people rating the game on their own would have an easy time with it, although maybe two players would have been better considering how stupid the AI is in this phase lol.

This is a pretty neat idea! I like the idea of chess with custom pieces, sorta like Stratego. The rewind mechanic also made attacking a lot more of an option than actual chess because your piece would rewind into safety. Thanks for sharing!
There were a couple things that I would suggest. The pieces looked very similar so it was hard to tell which piece was which. It was also hard to see where the enemy went when they captured one of my pieces since they pieces would snap back immediately. I would suggest some sort of moving animation or something.
The bike mechanic was really cool too! It was neat how it wasn't an actual piece on the board and instead was on the outside. Great job!

It's 5 O'Clock SomewhereGood idea with moving for the rewind! Definitely want to try to figure out how to implement that when I have the time. I was worried about the pieces looking the same, I would have added more differential items like different hats but I'm bad at making graphic art haha. I think I made a good design for the guy with a knife two days ago, hopefully it works. And I'm glad you liked the bike mechanic! Thank you for playing my game and the valuable feedback!
