How does the game fit the theme?
The game tries to save the player from dying at every section so literally nothing can go wrong!

What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
I used the Brackeys 2D Character Controller!

As a first game jam submission this was very good. I must admit I did cheese two levels by no-clipping between the rising platform and spikes. On some parts I wasn't sure what triggered the death; it looked like I was ramming in the same stuff until something different happened, but I like the take on the theme anyway.

Small game but cool idea. This kind of suicide-oriented game always come with good idea. This one was incredible.

Pretty cool game! Had a lot of fun trying to get the character killed.

I really liked the feel of the movement and animation. But some direction and player feedback would go a long way here

Developer(+1)

Yes I agree! Just didn't really have the time to properly polish the levels!

Very fun idea. It was a great take on the theme.
Sometimes I didn't know why the solutions to the puzzles worked, maybe adding for example visible hit boxes would make the puzzles more clear (but I don't know if it wouldn’t make them too easy).

Developer

Yes I get that! I didn't really have the time to polish out the level design/add more levels in general sadly. I couldn't really find the mix between a fun challenge to find the solution and not making it too easy.

Thank you for playing and the feedback! :)

Interesting take on the platformer genre, quite short but overall a solid entry

i quite like the game , i like the art approach of a drawing like world

the puzzles are kinda unclear , most of the time i didn't know what to do (except level 1 )

even after dying i didn't know how i did it , so most of the time i just run around and jump randomly trying to brute force the answer to the puzzle

i liked the "go back levels" feature  , over all quite nice for a game made in one week

Developer

Yeah you definitly have a point! I don't really have any experience in level design and didn't really know how to intuitively tell the player the right way.
