How does your game fit the theme?
In the game, every night there is a storm that creates zombies. There is a calm period in the daytime where you can prepare.
Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
Yes I did.

Fun smal game. Only thing I can say is maybe limit the camera movement so you can't move your camera for infinity.
Very simple and fun! I had a good time and the balancing was nice. I'm glad I could kite the zombies in the end I had a great time! The only thing is whenever I moved it would move in the other direction first, but that's all. Great submission!!
I like the need to garner many resources to build defenses for every night, and I do like that the barriers aren't strong enough to bide all the zombies and requires you to improvise with evasive movement and improvisational barriers. The camera movement was neat but often wasn't needed outside of collecting the oddball tree on the rim of the island.
The biggest gripes did come from the movement system, though. The point-and-click system is good for this kind of game, even though it is a bit confusing when alongside the omnidirectional shotgun. However, whenever the player selects a new path for the avatar to take, there's a delay before it adapts to the new path. This is very apparent when the avatar finishes the old path, where it will still follow it before moving towards the new path. Two other unnecessary limiting factors are that holding the LMB doesn't update the path and that clicking right next to the avatar doesn't move them. These factors can severely hamper the player's control, which is desperately needed when the zombies start to huddle around the player.
Thanks for submitting your game to the stream! If you wanted to look at it again in the future heres the vod timestamped to your game
Great game! I really like your game. One issue is that you should limit the camera becauce you can scroll camera infinity. Overall very good game. :D
and add some music
those two issues, the horrible start screen, and no difficulty selector i think were my game's biggest flaws, and easily fixed if I had thought of it.
SO FUN
LIKE A TOWER DEFFENSE
THE ONLY THING I HAVE DUDE IS THE CAMERA HAS A INFINITE SCROLL?
GOOD JOB
Fun little game, good job!
how 2 play? XD
Game requires a bit more polish, but congrats on submitting.
thank you! I am kind of sad that I didn't spend 1 more hour to do stuff like fix the start screen ui, make different difficulties, and add music. The way I had it set up, I could have easily added them.
Sorry in advance for the horrible start screen to anyone who will play this.
I took me 5 nights to realise that I have an ability to place bariers :D So on night 6 I had layers and layers of bariers. And then I got eaten :D
I think it's a cool game idea, but I wish it could be a little bit more polished in general :)
fun little game, the artwork were cute and I think if you worked on it a bit more it could make a great game, great job!
It's a good little game to start, the mechanics are great, good job!!!
Fun little game. I like the loop, quick chopping, quick building, then the fight. The loop is fast and snappy, I'd even like it to be a little quicker of possible! I like the auto attacks too
The animations and graphics are cute and purposeful.
I don't know what the camera moving does. Would be best if just the whole island was visible always and in the middle of the screen
Simple but cool mechanic of harvesting materials and strategically putting obstructions around the island to keep the enemies away when they come in waves. The graphics look really good and I think yoiu did a nice job on this game!
On the plus side, I'm glad trees grow so fast. On the minus side, Teleporting zombies can really cramp your style. I've never played 7 days to die and I feel like I now completely understand the experience and I'm a total expert on it. So thank you! And bring on the teleporting horde! Maybe if they kill me and make me one of them I can finally teleport away and make it off this accursed desert island!
Really cool submission! I think this is a really cool foundation. If you continue to work on this, I think it could be interesting to have other things that you can upgrade with different types of enemies.
Really cool! I liked the artwork!
Pretty fun game to play, overall enjoyed the experience though I felt the feedback of the player towards the mouse was sometimes a bit slow, could be a browser thing..
Good concept, movement was a little wonky but worked. Sometimes it felt like I was destroying my own barriers if I was shooting at a zombie that was on the other side but that may have just been coincidental with the damage the zombie was doing to the barrier. Overall not a bad time. Congrats and good luck!
Thank you! I can see how it may look like you were shooting the barrier and I may update it to show more feedback. The was the system works is actually by finding the closest zombie and lowering it's health variable. No raycasts involved.
