Cute game! I love the tank building features and then testing them out against the enemy waves. I feel like there's a bit of a contrast between the fast enemies and (some) tank designs that feel too slow, this makes lighter tanks more appealing sometimes than bulkier options. Good design! I'd add a bit more "juice" to the game with hit effect or destruction effects on the tank parts, tank itself or enemies but for a week long jam it's already very impressive as is.
Nice, polished wave survival game, though not much strategy is involved as the player is limited to a very small area, and winning often comes down to luck in the later levels.
With some balance work and maybe bigger playable area, and more visual representation of how big a threat different enemies are, this could be a solid game.
This is awesome! Super polished game for 1 week! I had fun even though I forgot my mouse and was just trying on touchpad haha.
this is polished very well, there should be an artillery building in this as well
Cool building mechanic!
Nice game. I think there needs to be a little more balancing but still really good.
very cool game
I think my brain is too small for this game. I can't get past the green enemies, which is like super early 😬
The game is really well made. I appreciated the colour-coded shapes popping out of the grey background. The building portion is a little confusing though, are there any advantages to using triangles over squares?
Simple but cool. Only one colored floor is little confusing that i cant see if i am moving. Otherwise good job.
This looks super polished, nice :)
Very impressive and polished, impeccable job for just a week
Super polished and fun, even with every turret firing not a single stutter on web. Not far from being a finished game and super well done for a single week.
This was actually amazingly well made, the lack of audio does hurt it, but the design and fun factor is very good. I finished this and kept playing even though the endless mode is broken (seems to just repeat the levels). You keep gaining the same item slots after a while and it pushes out the basic blocks until you can no longer use them. I acctually made it quite far despite not having any blocks after a while.
Thanks, i didnt expect people to enjoy playing that much. I'll try fixing the endless mode when i can after the rating period. Its supposed to work but it crashed the game on my last playtest of the last day so i just quickly added a message, disabled it and submitted
I like his art style.
A really solid game, I enjoyed my time with it.
One feedback I would give is higher projectile speed for shooting or atleast some blocks having faster projectiles.
Great work!

Now THAT'S a good jam game. Surprised you didn't use those 8 extra hours you had - would have been room to put in audio or fix endless mode. If you do the aforementioned suggestions and maybe added a few more waves to the base game this would be a monetizable release and everything! Maybe limit the number of normal breakables you can attach as well - that was a bit overpowered. I loved playing this and I hope you AT LEAST place top 10. Also you can say your guns start calm and orderly but by the end it's a storm of bullets - I came up with that because I wanted to justify bumping your "theme" rating up one more star.
I developed 3 techniques to help myself win: you fill ALL excess grid space with normal breakables. During the game you clear out one side of the enemies and then rush into the clear area and slowly rotate your tank: lets you use 3 times as much armour before core is exposed and have to aim less. During the later stages you can fire at your own center to send a pretty even spread of bullets in all directions.
wow the most fun game i played in this jam:D nicely done
I like it, it's similar to my game in the part that you have a tank, the rest is different, hahaha. I like his art style.
