Nice! I totally didn't expect to see an open workd style game.

Nice game! I really liked the dubbed phone call at the start, and the whole exploration side of the experience! Although I found the controls a bit too slow (I didn't find the button to run, if there was one). This didn't really hurt the overall experience for me, but I admit it might get a bit boring after a while. The graphics are fine for the game jam, the only thing I could complain about for now is sometimes the torch lights up objects too much and you can't read or see what's on them, like the TV inside the lab, other than that they could obviously be improved a lot. Also the option to move the torch around would've been cool.

So overall, I'd say this is a good game! From the experience side it's an interesting horror/exploration experience, I'd see this game as one of those horror games that pop up from time to time that everyone plays, if it would get polished a bit, and extended. Nice work! :D

Really cool game! It reminds of good old times when I was playing minecraft fan made adventure maps :> Btw I think that if you go diagonally you walk faster than forward, but maybe that's just me. Good job!

Weird, slow and pretty funny.

I liked the ambiance that the lighting and sound design gave.

I didn't like how long it took to get to the good part; basically the driving to the cave and walking through most of the cave was dull. Give me more things to do / learn on the way to the main event.

It definitely got me pretty scared (granted I get unsettled pretty easily). I hate to admit that I had to psych myself up to jump into the hole at the end. Overall, pretty good entry, great work. I hope you get your 20 by the deadline.

Very ambitious for a game jam.

Nice horror game ! I quite liked the graphics, and was really spooked in that laboratory

very interesting game, the chase at the end was very awkward ... I love it xD

the atmosphere was pretty creepy when i entered the old facility, the chase sequence was really cool too, nice job!

nice horror game! I like the game mechanic!

Classic example of why you never accept work on a day off. Just let the phone go to voicemail and say you were camping or something. Great work overall.

I'll also echo what's already been said, faster movement or sprinting would be nice.

Submitted

Nice short horror game. I liked the idea, but one thing I will say is I wish there was sprinting, so that the end chase sequence would be faster and therefore more intense.

Creative idea, good graphics and game mechanics. Great job.

A scary experience! 😨

Things I enjoyed ✔️

  1. Gameplay is simple yet enjoyable.
  2. Ambience is well done!
  3. Voice acting was good! Would love more!
  4. Enemy looked scary!

Things I would like to possibly see with your title. 🤷‍♂️

  1. I noticed when you uncrouch under a surface your character gets stuck and you cant get unstuck unless you crouch again.

Overall 📓

Gameplay was fun! I liked the story involved, it felt very creepy! Good experience! I dont play much horror games so I was on the edge of my seat most the game!

A good short game! I have to admit that during the chasing part, I was vibing with the music. One thing I would like to point out is that the water sound in the cave doesn't doing the loop right, which breaks my immersion because I was noticing this detail the whole time.

The games pretty good, but there's some things i like and dislike what i like about the game is the models are nice and the sounds very immersive, but something like the outside of the house it seems like it's a last minute or rushed thing, and i don't like how to player is very slow and even the car is slow, but overall nice game.

no problem

I thoroughly enjoyed this for what it is.

I will avoid commenting on the graphical roughness, as it's impressive that something was created this large in this time frame, and it feels complete.

I love that recording of the IBM machine singing Daisy.

Some sound design elements were well done, but the flashlight was too bright.

The texturing gives the cave less of an organic feel and more like a liminal space wallpaper.

Great job to the team! Excelent vibes.

Very very good. A nice tribute to horror and "found footage" movies like Blairwitch Project. A simple element like a drop of water in a cave works wonderfully and the theme is totally respected. And the final song gave me goosebumps. Well done !
