This game is so fun!
Really loved it. Perfect art and gameplay. Will save it for inspiration for later ;) Well done !
very cool idea for the theme. the gameplay is addicting and the music super soothing.
the only thing i missed was the scaling later on. enemies stayed with their initial power and since you find upgrades, you power creep them after 10-15 stages.
Very unique idea which has been executed wonderfully. Great work!
I Like the idea
This game was fun and felt very polished. Good, fitting audio in the background. Well done :D
Hey! I made a top ten video of the games from this jam. (Spoiler alert, this game is in it)
If you like the video, please feel free to share it :)
Check it out!
This is really fun to play through! First few runs were challenging but eventualy broke past floor 8 and got to 99 health before stopping. Love the concept and the art choices look great.
the furthest I got was the ninth depth. It's a fun game and there is some strategy but because the power ups change each time some runs barely made it far because I didn't get good power ups. seems pretty luck based. but I enjoy the game it's creative and has a fun art style I really enjoyed it.

look good
The game looks good, I like the idea and musical effects
Really enjoyable. Great execution and tremendous potential for expansion.
Thanks!
Very nice, plays and looks smooth.
This was a really well made game! I do have the same criticism as a lot of people, though, that there needs to be some level scaling implemented to make the later stages fun or the game just needs an end point around stage 15-20. Good job!
Really love this card game!
But the game is not balanced so well! Especially the repeat level(with out increase difficulty) meanwhile the player get permanent buff!!!
Add some more harder level and more monsters will help!
keep it up! this game has a lot of potential!!!
This was very, very well executed for a 7 day jam. I'd love to have seen the challenge scale with my stats; I put down the game on depth 24 with a 5|74 strider, knowing nothing could really kill me anymore with how many powers I'd stacked. Very well done, I really liked this one.
Wow, I left this game wanting more! (In a good way). The presentation and the polish was some of the best I've seen and as a lover of card games this was a joy to play.
My only criticism stems from the desire to play more; At one point my strider was a 10/99 beast and I could steamroll through everything. A simple win screen, "You emerged from the storm" type deal around depth 20 would have been enough me for me to reset and happily keep playing. I would have loved to see a shop type mechanic, a wandering Bedouin trader in the desert I think could have really rounded this game out. At the moment I have no incentive to fight any extra enemies that are not blocking my path, these types of risk-reward decisions take the depth to another level in my opinion.
But Overall, what you achieved in one week was an outstanding Jam entry. I hope you go on to develop this more.
We enjoyed the game a lot. The aesthetics were on point.
One of the most visually pleasing games I ever played. I feel like I could play it for hours too, truly enjoyable.
