The game fits the theme as you are diving deeper into the mind and brain of people and trying to help stop the negativity.
Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
I wrote the code with help from tutorials as not very experienced game dev but created all the art myself but used music from freesounds.org which was Happy 8bit Pixel Adenture.wav by edtijo.

fun game i like it!
Fun game, the graphics are nice but the enemy projectiles are hard to see
Nice concept/story and great variation of enemies. Music is really nice too, but some SFX feels really annoying to my ears, kind of like a static noise. I also like that you implemented a leaderboard. But for me it blocks my view when playing the game. Movement and shooting feels good.
Well done on the game.
Getting an army of hearts is the meta! Sometimes its a bit hard to see projectiles so you can die "out of nowhere" but still a fun time!

Nice concept and idea for this theme, but didn't like the gameplay to much (personal opinion) because some in the comments did like it so might be not my type of game :p so didn't take of points due to this my personal opinion

I love the gameplay, change negative thing into positive thing, and those help you! such a nice idea!
But the game is a bit slow, and when die, I need to restart again so its a bit boring.

Nice little game here on take on the theme . Also well done for putting a delay between shots with games like this i always try with an autoclicker and you had already stopped that issue. but yeah for not being very experienced as u said u should be proud well done

I really liked the concept and being able to turn negative thoughts in to positive thoughts, but for some reason the music has some clicks.
Ye I’m not sure what happened to the music I’ll have to look into it if I want to reuse it for another game but thanks for the feedback!
Nice game, tho I must say it feels repetitive after the first 30 seconds. The interpretation of the theme is unique, but with a lot of unexplored potential. I could easily see the enemies getting more and more difficoult as the age progresses, maybe even darker and sadder thoughts to represent the hardships of each age, and the overcoming of those. Overall, the game could be greatly improved, but it got a looot of untapped potential!
I only had 4 days to actually create it as going away and also fairly new to game dev but I am very interested into unlocking this potential to make it a full game!

Pretty unique interpretation of the theme, I like the concept of turning the negative thoughts into positive ones as allies. It kinda sucks that you can mostly just chill at the center and shoot rather than dodge the negative thoughts(except the heart), and there's a huge leaderboard in the way of things, which you slowly get used to but it kinda seems out of place. Other than that I found the game pretty enjoyable!

Really interesting twist in the theme, he enemies you face turning into allies was a great idea. Overall I felt it played a bit too slow and the audio would bug out sometimes and make an awful noise. Great job though!
