I grabbed all the upgrades and didn't feel a significant change, but the game is well balanced and I didn't feel like I was moving/shooting too fast or slow at any given time.

Nice one! when i got to level 9 things went crazy, then at level 10 and it got even crazier xD I enjoyed playing it.
Really good game, Sorry that no one else played it, it deserves top 50
