It's bugged in MacOS M1, when I try to rotate the camera it shakes and gets stuck, I tried to compile it from source but it still doesn't work :/

Also go this bug

Also go this bug on M2

The audio is very impressive, you managed to set a really nice ambiance with so little! Graphic-wise. Well… you spoiled us with your previous two entries, it's not as good! But still get full points on presentation!

In term of gameplay. the gunning gets very repetitive. Especially with the slipperiness and the absolute lack of air control, it's just not fun moving around. Also considering how long it takes to respawn in a certain later level if you slip (which is very easy to do). The non-gunning parts were a bit puzzling, I think myself fairly detail-oriented, but it took me a lot of searching on some of the clock sequences.

Wonderful concept. It feels like a blend between your first two jam games. I like that you're converging on something great here. I'd love to see more enemies and weapon types.

Framerate TANKS if I get too close to the signs with text on them, other than that it plays really nicely, great job on the visuals!

That was really cool! Interesting to see a Bevy FPS game leveraging the graphical capabilities. Interesting and well-made environments. Echoing what others have said that the gameplay could do with a bit more variety, but the rest of the game holds it up despite that.

Wow, that was really impressive! So much content. Although, the shooting got tedious after the first drone shot, good work though, Cant even imagine how you got so much done during the jam!

Absolutely incredible what you were able to achieve in a week and a half. Was this the work of one person??

Developer

Thank you! It was definitely a lot of work, maybe too much 😅 We were a two person team for this one.

Thats awesome. I thought to myself while playing it "How on middle earth did this person create all this in one week" lol. But it is still equally as impressive with two people.

Impressive as always.

Left some potentially spoilering feedback on Discord.

What a nice-looking game! I'm genuinely impressed by the visual quality, and I can't believe this game runs on the browser without any frame rate problems. I adored the atmosphere the most, and the audio was also mesmerizing.

Great game, well done!

Beautiful, atmospheric game! I think the shooter aspect of it could benefit from some polish, such as a visual healthbar, and some indicator of whether you are hitting the drones or not since this can be hard to tell, but it's clear that you've prioritised the gorgeous level design! Also on the web version it failed to capture my cursor on fullscreen but I still managed to complete it by turning the sensitivity to max. Overall great game.

Developer(+1)

Thank you! Having an indicator when you hit would have been nice, I thought of this earlier in the jam then totally forgot. On full screen does it still not capture the cursor after hitting tab a few times? Which browser/os?

Submitted(+1)

I was using the Vivaldi browser and only tried the web version, and I'm on Windows in case that matters. It would initially capture my cursor when I first click into the screen, but pressing the fullscreen button or pressing tab to check the menu would release my cursor and then it wouldn't capture again. It wasn't too much of an issue though, might just be something in my setup.

The visual effects look incredible but the gameplay is a bit lacking I think. I enjoyed the searching part much more than the shooting

Very interesting concept of mixing detective skills with shooting. (Reminds me of that hotel game from a previous jam, was that you?)

Developer (1 edit)

Yep! We did the hotel game. Can you remove or cross out the spoiler about how to get past the first room?

My bad, fixed.

Developer

No worries! Thanks :)

Very pretty. I like the loop between searching and shooting.

Wow, the environments look absolutely incredible! Music was great too. Very atmospheric.
