I really liked the game but the music could use some improvement, the moving background on the main menu didn't line up and i had some problems with hitboxes. overall reallly nice and would love to see an updated version

I liked the overall idea, you could improve on it by making the puzzles a little more challenging and maybe introducing something new every once in a while. Another thing I encourage you to refine is the movement; maybe it was intentional, but it felt a bit slow and less responsive than I'd like it to have been. However, this game represents the theme very well so good job in that regard!
I liked how the right side's controls were flipped, and the puzzles were quite fun. You could definitely improve on the art and maybe some better jumping animations.
Fun game! I liked how the difference in jump durations was used, it was fun to figure out the solutions. Although, there were a few "bugs", like at level 7 I got to the door then it reset the level, it didn't even look like the character was close to a spike.
For a first game jam game, and for devs so young, this is pretty good! I liked the music and the art was alright. the concept was also pretty interesting and used well.
However there are two major things that make the game a lot more frustrating than it should be;
- The jump is very unresponsive on some levels, and it takes a couple of presses to actually cause you to jump, making it harder to jump over spikes (I got stuck at level 7 because of this)
- The player hitbox is too large. It's too easy to hit your head on the ceiling or run into spikes by accident.
Despite the issues, the game was still good! It just needs a lot of polish. I have no doubt you three will go on to make even better games in the future!
This game was pretty fun. Only completing a level seemed a bit weird with the doors not opening and the music was a bit loud. Further amazing job!
Good game. The jump animation looked weird to me. The Idea of slime going opposite is interesting. Also, the door looks a bit off.
Good game! Really like the art style and the scene transitions!

Looks like there are some bugs to squash:
Level 11) Colliders not working on some of the blocks linked to the button- you fall through. If this intentional, you need a visual indicator
Level 12) invisible colliders that prevent you from jumping- something got mixed up and so the buttons are not working with colliders. Also, level 12 is not passable with the current spike hitboxes.
NICE, this game is so cool tbh, & what cooler is that one of you is 11, that’s nice!, i would say, there are some stuff i would suggest :
1- I Would have really liked if there was an animation, going from the walking animation to the dropping sprite, but that’s okay.
2- the hitboxs aren’t the nicest, they are kinda mean, i mean for example, i always hitted the spikes even if i was visually far from them, i would recommend using a Box collider 2D & than modifying it to fit the actual body, rather than the actual sprite edges.
3-it is kinda hard, i couldn’t pass level 11, which may be cause of the jumping, but yeah.
Other than that, i was SO CLOSE to giving it 5 stars, but these stuff frustrated me, i just can’t, but it is a good game, deserves 4.5 stars, Keep going :D .
So i couldnt really figure out how to enter a door? I will give you points for the idea though.
