Cool tool! - I had more fun with this than I should have - it's a fun and interesting way of applying neon / posterizing effects - I like it!
I can only think of Splatoon xD Neat little program here.
To be honest I thought this was going to be just a waste of time. But ended up playing for too much time I just kept uploading pictures and cleaning the screen great job!

Thanks. I'll trade my secrets for your glass bending black magic! Just kidding, this is just a very simple surface drawing with blend modes. Everything else is core GM functions as well.
What a cool concept. Its really interesting to see GameMaker used in unique and memorable ways. The painting effect was of really high polish too, great work!

Haha pretty cool game! Reminded me a little of this desktop destroyer game I played when I was younger. You had a paint gun that you painted your desktop with as an option. Really enjoyed messing around in your game with different pictures. Very cool filter effects. Had fun recolouring different pictures with silly colours :D
