ah yes, my favorite pastime: randomly clicking on things until something new happens! jokes aside, it’s not really my genre, but this game was intuitive enough for me to actually figure out what to do without requiring any obscure pixel hunting. I had to experiment a bit at some points, but that’s just part of the fun. if anything, I wouldn’t mind being more lost in this world. that said, it was a good call to make a short and simple experience for the jam. while brief, it feels very complete and polished.

the writing, art and mood are all stellar. and I unironically love the sfx, did you make it with sfxr or what? it’s just charming, very fitting with the visual style. I really enjoyed the hostile yet calm setting. the mystery of it all is quite intriguing, I played twice to see both endings. also, I’m really impressed by the tiny download size!! overall great entry.

Short but interesting. Nice art <3

Short but very intriguing. I was instantly hooked on the story and the visual style you created for this game really helps elevate the whole narrative, adding to the eeriness of it all. Good job!

Great game with a cool and unique retro artstyle!

Really love the old CGA / retro computer game style of this. It's like Maniac Mansion but for the original 8 bit Atari. The art was great, the puzzles / objects to find weren't too difficult (you didn't fall in the trap of pixel-perfect finding objects), and I really dig the story. I ended up giving my soul to the demon because what the heck he seemed pretty  nice lol. Great job overall!

I loved your visual style and concept! It was entretaining, the last step is not clear (spoiler: furnance one) but once you apply the old technique of 'just try everything crossing ur mind' you figure out. x3 Only thing I missed was sound. I downloaded it so I could listen what you did, but you could have made your game way scarier with a different sfx choice, asides as adding some ambient (even a long low note would help).
Amazing job you did here. Keep developing. <3

Really impressive! At first I didn't understand what was going on... But it was real easy to figure out.

There's something really classic yet also super fresh about this game, I loved it and it really did feel legitimately creepy to play.

I haven't played a text based game like this for a long time so it felt super nostalgic... also the art was immaculate!

I have to run through again to try out the other ending

really enjoyable short adventure!

This was an enjoyable, short, point and click adventure. With very retro graphics. You even took time to have some objects render separately, like on the old systems.

There was not much moon logic, although I think in this setting it wouldn't be out of place.
