I read through all the relevant support docs but none seem to be able to solve this issue for me. I bought dead cells and the 'claim steam key' section on my download page is completely missing, so I can't access the game at all. I've contacted the itch support team through the email linked to this account, as instructed, and they haven't responded. I've tried to contact the publisher but they also haven't responded. Is there anything someone can do about the situation?
