If the “claim steam key” section doesn’t appear, wouldn’t that mean the game has run out of steam keys? You can still access the game by downloading it straight from Itch.io, right?
unfortunately, the only thing I can download is a pdf file describing how to get and use my steam key :(
Oh, in that case contacting support was the right thing to do. I hope it gets resolved.
