Uploading large game

Hello

I want to upload my game and my game size is larger than 1GB limit.I have already sent two mails to the support but not getting any reply.How much time will I have to wait for a reply so that I can get more space to upload my game?

That's hard to say, support is probably still backed up after the big bundle. How much time did you wait so far?

Consider using Butler. It allows you to upload files larger than 1 GB and works perfectly. 

I uploaded a 2.68 GB file yesterday and had no problem with it.

Hi,

I ordered  the bundle the 7th of June for 5 dollars, but something went wrong with the withdrawal from my PayPal account... there was an withdrawal of 500 dollars instead of the 5 dollars I ordered... I don 't understand this at all... 

I emailed support@itch.io for the refund of the 495 dollars but now 13 days later there is still no response... 

I am fully aware that the support team is getting alot of issues to respond to... and that they do everything that they can... and I don't mind waiting... I just want to get an confimation of when I can expert the refund...  so I can put this to rest.. the creditcard company's has an expectance that I pay them the withdrawal... this month... wich I absolutely cant... 

What is the next step for me to get this probleem resolved... I do not want to come acrros as impatient by bombarding support with alot of e-mails...

I believe the dev said that they aren't able to do partial refunds. You can try replying this this twitter thread with your ticket ID- https://twitter.com/itchio/status/1272699677494804481

Thanks you so much for your reply and your help... I will try the link you've send me... if a partial refund is not possible, than I have no choice than to fully refund the order... hope I hear from support soon... thanks again...

Thank you so much for your help... I've read that I have to contact support for my type of problem... but when I saw this topic I thought in stead of creating yet another topic for moderaters to maintain I will post my problem on an existing one... but now you mention it, in the future I will post in an newley created topic... thanks again for informing a moderator for me... I will wait for the response...

Someone  from the support contacted me and confirmed that I am getting an refund... I am very relieved that I  can put this to rest. Thank you for letting an Admin know... it helped me alo t...

Do not post in random topics making requests. It seems like you already knew it was wrong but did it anyway.

Additionally, you tagged your game as working for all three platforms when you only uploaded a windows exe. Misclassifying your game is against our quality guidelines and grounds for not being indexed. Is there a reason why you did that?

I’m very sorry. I’m very new to game dev(probably a month) and itch. I learnt it through you tube and stuff like that. I’ll change it right away!
