Does anyone know where the notes are? I'm missing the 3rd one and I don't know where it is.
Afraid not, but I can give you some personal pointers (I'm the guy who wrote the official walkthrough for the game).
For the Adventurer, I usually go for an axe build or a dagger build. If you go for an axe, I recommend the Villain Axe you can buy in Piratetown, because it attacks twice. Double-attack is the most useful trait a weapon can have in the game, cuz it also doubles the amount of TP you can get per round. Yes, axes deal inconsistent damage, but I still prefer them over swords, cuz their weapon skills are more useful. Put all your skill points into ATK, and use equipment like Wulfrick's Spiked Collar and Saphura's Submersion (from Saphura's chests), to boost your ATK even more. Daggers are more useful for bosses, so if you pick one, I'd recommend Lazora (from Duiro's chests), cuz it gives you +20% Speed. Daggers have lower base damage than the other weapon types, and they rely on your Speed stat to deal damage with their skills, so put all your stat points into Speed, and get two Bottles of Lube from the hyena dude on Pine Island, for 20% more Speed, and more equipment like Shaun's armor from the Pirate Hideout. Since dagger skills ignore the enemy's DEF, they are great for bosses, but a pain for farming because of the low base damage.
Lace is your most powerful character, and also the most versatile. Personally, I always go for a fire build with him, because of the extra damage. Plus, the Scroll/Rune of Healing Wind from the Gloomy Forest evens out the lack of defense from most of your characters, if you go all in for power. So, put all his skill points into MTK, craft the Flaming Scepter of Rubyro at Anubu's station, and buy the Mage outfit in Piratetown. You can also use the Beautiful/Elegant Kimono from Silky's house instead, to reduce spell costs. And of course, get the Inferno Ring, unless you got enough cash to blow on a spell book.
Wulfrick's Draining Claw skill used to be absolutely OP, but Spedu nerfed him. Since he has so much armor that boosts his max. HP and DEF/M.DEF, most people tried to make him tanky, but that came at the cost of him dealing damage. Luckily, he finally got some support to balance that out! The Bulbark you can get from the first Water Dungeon's boss's chest is absolutely OP, and encourages you to spread your skill points across DEF and M.DEF, and use armor like the Bounty Hunter's set you can buy in Piratetown, and the Steel armor pieces you can craft in Shiptown at Horgath's station. That way, Wulfrick's base damage gets absolutely insane, and most enemies will fail to deal even 1 damage point to him. The only downside of that used to be that his Draining Claw skill becomes useless, since its damage is based on your ATK stat. But now, thanks to Wulfrick's new toy in the Deep Mine, he has a new skill that deals damage based on his max. HP stat!
Fucko is a little wonky. The safest bet would be to go all ATK with him, just like with the Adventurer for an axe or sword build, and give him equipment that boosts ATK even further, especially the Captain's set you can buy from the Quest Guild merchants, and Ruby Rings you can craft in Shiptown. Also, give him the Stinker you can get from Nick's home, since it has double-attack. A more rogue strategy would be to go completely for SEXY, aka get him the "No Shirt/Gloves/Pants/Shoes"-set from the third Water Dungeon floor, and the Pin of Acceptance you get for completing the pink dragon's questline, and Richtor's Vibrating Toy and the Designer Sunglasses from his hotel. The Heartache is a pistol that can randomly drop from the first Water Dungeon boss's chest, and it adds your SEXY stat to your critical hits. Fucko's skill Fan The Hammer attacks an enemy five times with the chance for crits for each shot. So, that build can deal insane damage if you get lucky, and multiple shots using that skill crit.
I hope I could give you some neat ideas for fun builds. Generally, builds that are offensive are the best options in the game.
Check the Beach Cave chapter in the walkthrough, there's a subchapter called The Key to the Fire Dungeon
They are in the secret forest part of Logwood, the area where you find Wulfrick's first toy. Check the "Logwood" chapter of the walkthrough for details
You need to copy the save folder and the paste it in the new build's www folder. This might not 100% work, but lately (past year or so) I've been really careful with new builds so you could bring the old save into the new ones. You need to go to the Quest Guild so you can become a member with the thing Vulfox gave you. Or if you mean the thing he gives you after finishing all the quests for Piratetown, the item just gives extra QC for finishingquests in Piratetown-
I assume you're playing the game for the first time? There is a building you can find in the actual game that lets you rewatch all the smut you've already seen in your current playthrough. Since there is no 'current playthrough' if you access that building straight from the main menu, everything is already unlocked. Back in the days, older save files from previous versions of the game weren't compatible with newer updates, so being able to get to the gallery from the main menu was actually helpful to see all the new smutty content right away instead of having to start all over each month.
You mean the turquoise shopkeeper slime you can buy the Slimophobe from? You can't do anything with him, I'm afraid. He is just there to foreshadow a later encounter in the game. Back when he was first added, his main purpose was to have someone to sell all the slime goo to you can loot from the slimes in the forest, since the goo didn't serve any other purpose back then.
I'm afraid you've falled victim to a bug. It's a known one that has already been fixed in the Patreon version of the game. If you're playing the public build, I'm afraid you can only reload an older save file. Or if you're on Discord, you can join the game server, and ask Spedumon if he can edit your save file. Not sure if that one's an option, but you can try.
There is no No Head, only chest, hands, legs and feet. The "No"-set boosts your SEXY stat, which is useful for Fucko, because he's got a weapon that boosts his CRITS based on his SEXY stat. It's a pistol called "Heartache", and you can randomly get it from Icutalus's chest (the boss of the first floor of the Water Dungeon). You can just savescum in front of the chest until you get it. Equip the entire "No"-set, also give Fucko the Pin Of Acceptance you get for completing the pink dragon's questline, and another accessoir and a headpiece that give lots of SEXY. Then, during battle, use Fucko's skill "Fan The Hammer", that special move consists of 5 attacks, that now have a higher chance to crit, and also deal additional crit damage based on your SEXY stat. The damage potential with that build is unreal!
Yes, you can get the set on the 3rd floor. The walkthrough also has a section for ingame items, if you're looking for anything specific.
Hello,
I can't find questions about it, so I will ask myself.
Question #1: Is there a way to delete all saved data? And by all I mean galleries and basically everything the game remembers beyond saved gameplay, I can't figure it out. I played this game 3 or 4 years ago, and I would like to go totally clean, but many things are still saved, stuck to the game's core. I might be wrong, but I'm guessing the gallery at the beginning (when you talk to the skeleton guy) is always completed no matter the progress in this game, because I can't remember more than half of them and I redownloaded this game yesterday after many updates, so there's no way I unlocked every one of them.
Question #2: Are there language options for this game? If there are, how to change the language? In locales folder I can find en-US.pak, es.pak and etc. (Or maybe I'm dumb, and it's not connected to languages)
Question #3: Not really related to this topic, but since I'm already made a post here, then it won't hurt to ask. Have you ever thought about adding Pallas's cat/Manul to your game? They're really underrated in the Furry community, so it would be awesome to see one in it. I would also ask about a bear, but I'm guessing there's at least one already in it (can be wrong tho, forgot a lot after the years).
Sorry if my questions have already been answered before, but I couldn't find similar ones to mine. I also didn't read the updates notes (in case of any spoilers or such).
Generally, the game is great. It feels as if I'm playing Undertale with horny furries expansion and more strategic gameplay.
Good luck with further development.
Hello there.
1. Yes. Go to the game folder, and in the "www" folder, delete the entire "save"-folder. That gets rid of all your save files and game settings, but it's not really nessecary. This is an RPGMaker game, which is an engine that does not carry any information from previous playthroughs over, or rather there is no option to program that in. Which means, each playthrough you begin in an RPGMaker game is always a fresh start. When you start a new game, it's always a new playthrough, and if you ask Omega Death to bring you to the gallery, you are merely teleported to a version of the gallery where everything is already unlocked. When you find the rewatch house normally in the game, you'll find there's only available what you've already unlocked this playthrough. The reason for the full gallery you can go to right at the start of the game is that when the project was still young, there used to be a problem with carrying save files over from older versions of the game. So, to let people see the new content right away each update without having to restart over and over again, the gallery option right at the start was added.
2. Unfortunately, there isn't. Those files you mentioned change the language of the game editor, but not the game itself. English is the only option.
3. I can't speak on Spedu's behalf about what he might add, but there is a caracal char in the game you can have a scene with. It's not the same kind of cat of course, but the closest thing we got right now. And yes, there are two bears you can bone so far. One animated scene, and one regular scene that's currently only available in the Patreon version.
If you're on Patreon, talk to Dunny, the purple tiger in the quest guild lounge. He offers you quests to repeat the dungeons you've already finished, and gives you a ton of QC for that. For repeating the Water Dungeon he gives you 50 QC! So, get the Intimidation buff for Wulfrick, so you won't encounter as many enemies, and just repeat the dungeon until you have all the QC you need. Can't 100% confirm that this is the fastest farming route, but most definitely the least tedious one.
Guild buffs are a thing you can get in your guild home (also Patreon exclusive atm) once you unlock the silver badge. Every 10 levels, a character gets a set of three possible permanent buffs you can choose from. Most of these buffs are to boost your weapon damage or give you new skills, but since people were really struggling with the amount of enemy encounters in the Water Dungeon, he also made one that makes dungeon runs easier.
Once you've opened the bunker on Pine Island, return to Shiptown and talk to the skunk dude in the bar. If you also got the caracal on Pine island charmed, they will both appear in cell '9' in the basement. If you're talking about the "Sun Protection" event, that one's on the Western Island's beach. When you get there, just head left, and you'll find a small, secluded area with a horse laying on the beach. Make sure the Adventurer is wearing his Speedo, then talk to the horse.
About the guild home thing, that's a known error that occurs when you use a save file from before 0.19. Spedu already released a hotfix for that on Patreon:
"I've seen this bug being reported a few times. I finally got my hands on a save that was from an older build and now understand what's going on.
-Here is the problem:
Bringing an older save from an old build (where the Guild Home didn't exist) or making a new save does not have a variable set for the guild home style so when you teleport there, you are teleported back into the the same room where you were. The fade out (black screen) happens, but the fade in doesn't, so that's why the screen is black.
-Immediate fix for the bug:
-Navigate to a door where you can go to a different room to reset the faded out (black) screen.
-Download a fix:
-Download the Map277.json file in the attachments and put it in "Small On Top/data" folder and replace the older file there. A copper snake will appear in Piratetown Guild Home teleportation room, talk to it and then use the teleporter. The bug should be fixed that way.
-Future fix:
-I have assigned teleportation destinations even if the variable is 0. This will fix the problem!"
You can find the aforementioned file here.
Hello! First, I want to say, this is an excellent game! Very fun and easy to play for someone like me who isn't good at RPGs or video games. I'm very impressed with how much content the game has added over the years (updates, CG events, animations, music, mini-comics, everything!) without missing a single month!
(As far as I know ¬_¬)
And second, my question is about the game's history. Over the years, with each update, I've forgotten a lot of the story, and I'm too lazy to replay the entire game. So, I'm asking here to see if anyone can give a summary. I don't remember. What do we do with Lace? Why does he hate this Runt guy? Who is Runt? what happende with Sword? Why are we pirates? Who are we looking for? Why are we looking for him? How does it affect us? Why did we join the guild? I don't remember things like that anymore.
The Adventurer has lost his memories, so he teamed up with Lace as his assistant, hoping that he might find a way to regain his memories. So, technically Lace is the leader of the group, but he lets the Adventurer take the lead in what they wanna do, for some reason. Maybe because Lace is a coward. In Shiptown, where Lace has his alchemy station, he learned that Morca has been replaced as the royal captain by a guy named Runt Whiner. We haven't met that guy yet, but Lace seems to have some massive beef with him, cuz Runt apparently isn't very dutiful and just throws parties and orgies all the time. Also, Lace is friends with Morca. Sword tells Lace that Runt has been kidnapped, and he decides he needs to get to Maneland to investigate this himself. Problem is, the royal knights have everything on lockdown while they investigate the kidnapping. Morca also doesn't want Lace to go after the king, since they aren't on good terms. Something to do with Lace inventing a potion that can turn bottoms into tops. Since nobody in your party knows how to operate a ship, you decide to join the pirates. Morca appears to be Fucko's dad, that's why he also doesn't like Runt Whiner. And because they are lacking a top, they let the Adventurer join. So, our current main objective is to reach Maneland. On our way on Pine Island while looking for food, we meet Foxot's sister. Foxot thinks his family is still stalking him, and once we reach Piratetown, he goes straight to his dad who's the town's leader, and after a lot of back and forth, Vulfox (Foxot's dad) decideds he leaves his son alone if he can proof himself by joining the Quest Guild and earning the Platinum badge. That's why you join the Quest Guild. Since you can't find any more hints about Runt Whiner, you ask the other guild members, and learn that Runt was seen in Paradino. You head over there, and actually briefly see Runt in the mines, plotting something with the local hotel manager Richtor, who's afraid of Maneland who have apparently grown too much in power, and wants to make the island important to them, so they won't harm them. So Richtor tries to expand his hotel and struck a deal with Runt, who ended up stealing a bunch of pure Mithril from the island's mines, so Richtor was duped. Lace figures out that since pure Mithril can absorb dark magic, Runt might need it for some sort of ritual. That's why the gang figures they might head to Golorok next, since the orcs there know about that kinda stuff.
That's where we're currently at. Obviously the main main plot is about the Adventurer's memory loss and him secretly being the demon king we learned about in the intro of the game. The only hints we got in that regard so far are the secret notes, the shadowy demon guy who follows the Adventurer, and what we learned from Rubyro and Saphura. So, we're basically just along for the ride atm, trying to help Lace with his agenda.
Oh! Everything's clear now! And I didn't even remember that bit about the Demon King, oops 😅.
Thanks so much for responding and giving me the summary so quickly. Now all that's left is to continue playing and see more of the story (I'm hoping to see Sword again sometime soon and have him join the party).
P.S. The fact that Lace is technically the leader of the group hit me more like a plot twist to me than Fucko being Morca's son and Adventurer being the Demon King 😂
So, you didn't finish his quest yet, I assume? First, you need to pick up the guestbook in the townshall in Safen, and talk to the pink dragon in the same room about it. Then talk to him in the Bangers Club in the Gloomy Forest and tell him he's gay. Then do the same when you find him at the Western Island beach. After that, there is a chance that he'll appear in the stalls of the harbor restroom in Shiptown at the gloryhole. Just re-enter the restrooms until there's a pink "4" above the stall door. After you finish that event, he appears in the last jail cell on Pine Island.
You can transfer your save files, yes. Just make sure you make a copy of your save folder before you delete the old version of the game, because RPGMaker saves its games within the game folder itself. Also, copypaste the entire save folder, not just the separate files within. As for the content, I can't say for sure how many hours that'd be, I'd say it depends on how much of a completionist you are. The Patreon build has the full Deep Mines dungeon, which by itself can take a while if you're gonna collect everything there is. The Quest Guild also gets a booth on Paradino in the Patreon version, with new items, and 9 new repeatable quests if you have the gold badge, and "reward". Some of those new quests also got way more to them than just "Go fetch thing" or "slay enemy". You can also finally enter your Guild Home, which has some new additions as well, including a buff system for your chars, depending on their levels. There are some new lewd events the public build doesn't have yet, of course. Six regular ones, and a new pixel-animated one. The main story doesn't go much further beyond the chars talking and spending one night at the hotel. Paradino in its entirety is done at this point, and after you're done exploring the hotel, you can check out the first draft of the next island. There's not much there yet tho, just a bit to explore (and one secret).
Not really. In the Patreon build you can talk to Dunny in the guild lounge for more lucrative quests, but in the free version, I'm afraid all you can do is get Vulfox's Favor from him after you've finished all nine quest guild quests in Piratetown at least once, and then do the 3-stars quests repeatedly. If your Adventurer and Fucko are powerful enough, I'd say just do the missing heart quest over and over. Otherwise, if you wanna be quick, I'd say do the Tangled Cables quest. Yes, that one's only 2 stars, but with Vulfox's Favor in your inventory, it still gives you 8 QC each time.
You need to craft the "Slime Snack" at Lace's alchemy station in Shiptown, then return to the gym in Safen and talk to the blue slime there. He then moves to Lace's house in Shiptown, where you can find him upstairs. Talk to him, and he'll give you some new recipes for potions that can change his coloration. When you talk to him, you get the option to bone him in various positions. For the other variations, you need to craft the potions he taught you, give them to him, and repeat the lewd events with him in each one of his different forms.
Can someone help me? When playing the game, when I save the files and exit the game, the game ask me to rewrite the saving files over and over again. When I want to enter the game again, sometimes happens that the files that I saved when playing are non existent. I don't know what i have to do to actually keep them to make sure that when I enter again nothing is erased
I'm not quite sure what quest you're referring to, but if it's the one you get for checking cell "15" on Pine Island, you need to finish the Pink Dragon quest. To start it, you need to get the guest book in the upper floor of Safen's town hall, then give it to the pink dragon NPC in the same room. Then talk to him at the Western Island beach, in Bangers in the Gloomy Forest, and say he's gay every time. Then you need to unlock his lewd scene in the Shiptown harbor's restrooms. Just keep re-entering until there's a pink "4" above the right stall, then enter the one in the middle. Now you can find him inside cell "15" on Pine Island, and after that, talk to him again upstairs to receive your reward.
If you're looking for Saron, he's in the top left house at the beach, upstairs.
You shouldn't be able to sell the speedo, since it's a quest item. The chest at the Pine Island beach where you jump into the water to meet the giant turquoise slime does have a speedo as well, and so does the one in Piratetown near the underwater entrance. Unless you already got a speedo in your inventory, then those chests give you 150 gold instead. Check your inventory again to see if the speedo is there anywhere, or maybe another one of your characters is wearing it? You need to equip the speedo to the Adventurer for it to work.
The two doors are events at the fire- and water dungeon. To unlock them, you must finish each dungeon at least thrice, and collect the loot from the chests in Rubyro's/Saphura's throne rooms every time. Once you got the full armor set of one god, you get their event. Don't worry, the armor chests aren't random, so you only have to loot them three times. For the last four pixel animations: You need to defeat Shaun in the pirate hidehout by making him horny. To do that, you need to defeat Klaus and Dule Dile during his battle first, so he's there by himself, and then use the acts to horn him up. Then, when you leave the area, you get a cutscene where Shaun bones either Dule Dile or Klaus, which one is random, and each one of them got a pixel animation of their own. For the third one you need the gold badge, so you can accept the quest guild quest to defeat Captain Hogger in Piratetown. After you've done that, you can just talk to him to get his scene. The last one is the Demanding Foreman. Just talk to him in the Paradino mines after you defeat Richtor. You can check the walkthrough for more details.
