Where do I find Silk Scraps again? I want to craps a chest piece from Ryler but I don't have sufficient Silk Scraps to turn into Bolts of Silk.

Edit: Sapphura's guards on the 3rd floor of Water dungeon can drop them. Demanding Foreman and Underpaid Miners have them too,
