Why Summoning Pixel Dungeon( link) got placed in NSFW games on Android page? It's E10+ game, doesn't have any erotica or sex images.

What do you mean, it was placed in NSFW games? If you mean the top Android games seem to include many that are NSFW, that just shows what's popular on the site right now. For what it's worth, your game isn't even visible there, but only in new and popular, where most games are for all ages.

You flagged the page as having sensitive content on the Metadata > Classification page. If you uncheck that your game will no longer appear under NSFW.
