I figured we could collate any visual evidence of the pinball machine here.

"some ebay hunting dug up an old manual" - Hounskull

Mentioned this discussion to my husband and he dug this up on an archive somewhere. Corroborates what others are saying, at least.

Honestly I was prepared to say "That just sounds like an internet story" but a manual makes me think twice

PorkChopDadd shared this in 'So I think I found a possible prototype for the Junji Ito Pinball Machine?'

I posted this in reference to what was called "SUPER-R-U" at the time, a test machine from 1996 with tons of similarities to the Junji Ito machine. Don't know much more than that yet.

CAH card referencing the machine, unsure if still in print but would've been circulated pre 2020

I shared this in “All just VR?”

not sure it's related, but as I stated in my post I found this

I posted this in “Anyone else seeing spirals all the time now?”

Some images I found- related to an old forum posting about Universal Research Laboratories, which was acquired by Stern in late 70's.

I'm remembering some of the stuff they talked about made me genuinely sick. Can't really put a finger to what it was, though.

Discovered  by Hounskull HERE. From the original DVD version of American Pickers, Season 1 Episode 8 (during a minute of footage later removed from the show's published versions):
