My Game got de-indexed after I changed the cover image

My game  Coco the Scaredy Cat: The Crazy Dentist  was de-indexed from search/browse immediately after I updated the cover image.

Please help me recover it  as fast as possible

Please read the rules of this category where it says that the people you're addressing don't watch the forum so aren't likely to see your post, and the many similar topics that can help in your situation.

I already sent an email to the support. But from what I know they take a long time to reply.

Can I do anything else ? Or that's all what I can do ?

Do you know how long can this take ? Because I have already  coordinated with several YouTubers to feature it.

If the game is not re-indexed promptly, its launch will be severely impacted.

I am not a new developer, I have several games published and over 30,000 downloads.

and I just changed the cover image. I believe this de-indexing may be an automated error triggered by the recent page edit.

Thank you much  in advance

Sorry for all the questions. I've worked on this project for an entire year, and it really means a lot to me.

...Like I already pointed out, the rules of this category tell you what to do if support doesn't reply after a while: post your ticket ID here. They also tell you not to ask how long that takes. And those other topics you didn't look at point you at the unofficial FAQ that explains it's not an error, but a deliberately added filter. Last but not least, the same FAQ points out what our admins have been saying over and over: that game indexing isn't guaranteed, and you shouldn't rely on it. Please do your own marketing. People coming from YouTube for example will be able to buy your game just fine. You don't need to be indexed to promote and sell your game. Hope this helps.
