I'm trying contact support to set up the tax interview, but it's been 12 days since the last email response. You're not the only one.  I've been waiting for an response from support since Jan 31st.  I thought a post in the forum might get a response, but still nothing.

Has anyone heard from support yet?

Still waiting myself. I sent a couple more emails but it's been ~32 days now.

Just for the record I haven't received any email back from support either. One email in about 5 years so I can hardly be accused of abusing the support system as I appreciate it's only a small team.
