Publishing a game on here has been an absolute pleasure. the tools given to make your home page are really good, i shudder to think how boring my game will look on steam should i ever go there.

Its great not having to have to wait 3 weeks for someone to look over your game before its published, its great being able to make a payout only 7 days after a sale, not having to pay a fee to get on, choosing your own cut to give to itch. The community so far has been supportive and im already seeing familiar faces. i can go on and on...

Just wanted to say thanks for hosting such a wonderful platform

That is all :)

You forgot "admins actually caring about quality control", that's a pretty huge good thing with Itch in my book :)

Also, having tried a few venues, Itch definitely has the most streamlined flow for releasing projects... pretty nice when most of the stuff you release are jam games and you don't feel like making a million images of weird sizes and go through 20 steps of paperwork just to make a sloppy 72-hour project available to the general public.

Itch.io is amazing and I would humbly recommend you spread the word to fellow players and devs whenever you can! I want so badly for this website to grow; there's lots of great games here and I wish more people would swing by and play (and for creators to get that bread \o/ )

It's probably one of the reasons why it's so successful ;)
