Could my game be quarantined?

I published a game last week and it haven't been indexed. I did make some changes to the page right after publishing and recently removed donations to possibly speed it up. Seeing other games from new developers getting indexed within hours makes me worried if I could have got it accidentally quarantined because of updating too frequently.

Also gotta mention, yes, I read the article before someone redirects me there

"quarantined" is a message people trying to download your games will get. Not being indexed is just that. Not being indexed.

If you got flagged for inspection that can take time. And this is also just that. Staff has your game in some sort of queue or however they do it. Changing your game while it is in that queue might have consequences - or not.

First time paid content is said to have to be inspected.

I don’t think any of your projects are in quarantine. If that was the case, you should get a relevant warning when you visit their pages.

Is this about your game “Vore Operator” ? From what I can see that project doesn’t have any downloadable files, which is probably why it’s not indexed. Apart from that, I can’t notice any other issues with your projects.

If that was the case, you should get a relevant warning when you visit their pages.

Is that a general you or a specific one? Because the viewer will only get a message when trying to download the game.

Since there are threads from devs that had their game quarantined, and did not know, I assumed, the dev will not get a message, so as not to alert malware uploaders that they have been spotted.

The game on your account, RPRoll, does not meet our quality guidelines. It’s an empty page with a file and a single image. Please try to complete the page to the best of your ability so a viewer is able to tell what it is.

It's about different one, I've decided to take it along with other one down for a time being.

At least I know it wasn't quarantined

You've set Flappy Glutton and Stomach Clicker to restricted access, and Vore Operator is still in the review queue. I assume this is the one you mean? A link would help in the future.
