Stuck at "Logging you in..." (third-party Antivirus software issues)

When i login to the app it just sits at the "Logging you in..." animation for hours with out doing much of logging in. this is on V.25 i have left it going for 12 straight hours with no improvement.

Thanks for reporting the issue. There was probably an error during your login request and the app got stuck. Did you try force quitting and logging in again to see if it makes any difference?

several times. with no change. still gets stuck

Same problem here. Won't ever load past that screen.
Tried rebooting my pc, reinstalling itch different ways, and running in different comparability modes.
A fix would be appreciated.
