Hello,

I wrote on 6 August 2018 to support@itch.io requesting invoices for a pair of purchases, and we are still waiting a response :(

I'm sorry for troubling you, but we are a small Spanish company and our Tax Agency demands us an invoice for any expenditure no matter how small it is. Please, could you send the invoices as soon as possible? We should present them in less than a week.

Maybe in a future itch.io could implement an automatic invoice generation for new purchases?

Sorry you didn't get a response to your email, I'll check with support. In the meantime, you can generate invoices with any purchase by going to your purchase page, and clicking the "More" dropdown on the top right, and there's an option to get an invoice. Hope that helps.

We can't find the invoice option you're referring to - can you advise?

It is shown after clicking on the "Download" button from the "my purchases" page.
