Use the Freezer to mount the old disk image as unit 8 and the new disk image as unit 9:

SCRATCH "RC-IFFL4",U9
COPY "RC-IFFL4",U8 TO U9

This should copy the save file from the old disk (U8) to the new disk (U9).
