That's strange, could you please tell us some more info? Like what OS are you using, or what model is your XBox controller? Is it a wired one? 

When using an Xbox controller it should work directly just fine, but if it doesn't you can always emulate the keyboard using AntiMicro (https://github.com/AntiMicro/antimicro) or AntiMicroX (https://github.com/AntiMicroX/antimicrox).

Please let us know if you could solve the problem.

In the meantime you can pause the game > exit to main menu and then reload your save to fight again against the boss.

Hello again, I have just read that the bundle stopped adding submissions for the paid part. 

Our game ( https://madgeargames.itch.io/a-hole-new-world ) was successfully added to the bundle (I myself could check it after I bought the title with my personal account), but about one day later our game was suddenly removed. We realized it thanks to some users that sent us messages pointing it, but I still am not 100% sure of why that happened, though.  

Could our game be re-added? Since we submitted it (and re-submitted it with the right account) in time I hope it's not a problem.

Hello, we realized that it was removed some hours ago thanks to another person who wrote us a mail, we had no idea before that.

We tried then to get it back into the bundle, it seems it was a mistake I had when asking for it to be included into the bundle https://itch.io/t/818544/join-the-bundle-for-racial-justice-and-equality?after=1...  and if everything goes fine it should be back in the bundle soon.

Maybe the problem is about the directory path? Is the program (or the "imageMagicka plugin") ready to work using unicode chars names for directories? As some of them are written in Korean I think that maybe that could be the cause.

Is there any way of exporting that file so it can be imported again in the last version? or maybe it will be fixed in one of the following updates?

Hello,

I wrote on 6 August 2018 to support@itch.io requesting invoices for a pair of purchases, and we are still waiting a response :( 

I'm sorry for troubling you,  but we are a small Spanish company and our Tax Agency demands us an invoice for any expenditure no matter how small it is. Please, could you send the invoices as soon as possible? We should present them in less than a week.

Maybe in a future itch.io could implement an automatic invoice generation for new purchases?
