ITCH.io keeps charging us every month- no response from their support team

Hello all! I posted one job here on itch.io last year and was charged accordingly.

I was informed that we have been charged for a monthly fee until now! I do not see an option to stop the payment, plus the support team is not very good at assisting me regarding this matter.

We are planning to ask the bank to block itch, but I was wondering if there was a way for us to reach out to them and for them to actually help us!

Hello,

Our support team should have replied to your request by now. We should be able to get everything sorted out, including refunds where needed.

It looks like you were contacting us from an email address not associated with the account that had posted to the job board. In the future please try to use the email address for the account where the payment is being handled so we can assign your ticket correctly, otherwise our team may not be able to look up any information about the payment.

Lastly, could you please update the title of this thread, as per our rules:

Use a descriptive title so others with similar issues or questions may find an answer. Titles like Help me!, Support not responding, Payouts are BROKEN, hello, etc. are not allowed. We may immediately close your topic.

Sounds serious. I'll let an admin know. In the mean time, when did you contact support? Did you receive the automated reply at least?

Been messaging since September. They replied and asked me to send supporting details but never replied after I complied. 

They sent us a mere refund of US$100 today and that's not even what I was asking for. I wanted to stop the monthly payments, not a simple refund for this month.
