Our support team should have replied to your request by now. We should be able to get everything sorted out, including refunds where needed.
It looks like you were contacting us from an email address not associated with the account that had posted to the job board. In the future please try to use the email address for the account where the payment is being handled so we can assign your ticket correctly, otherwise our team may not be able to look up any information about the payment.
Lastly, could you please update the title of this thread, as per our rules:
Use a descriptive title so others with similar issues or questions may find an answer. Titles like Help me!, Support not responding, Payouts are BROKEN, hello, etc. are not allowed. We may immediately close your topic.
