2 weeks ago I contributed to the charity bundle for humanitarian aid for Ukraine, with money that's been transferred from my debit card, but have still not received any indication that Itch will make the downloads available to me, despite repeated emails to their support service. I was left with the only alternative to contact the host of the bundle. But he is unable to provide any assistance, unfortunately.

I don't know what else I might be able to do. I was thinking that *perhaps* Itch has issued a refund due to an unsuccessful donation, but it is currently not able to pay out unless I connect a Paypal-account to my profile? Or maybe it is added to "Itch.io Payouts" (for some reason?) and I would have to *request a Payout*??? All of this is just guesses, I don't know anything about the website's payment system, and support isn't communicating.

But I am NOT ASKING FOR a refund anyway! I want my money to go to humanitarian aid! All I expect is that Itch grants me access to the 'Bundle for Ukraine'...

Does anyone have any advice on what else to do, or have had this problem solved themselves?

Just in case you haven't tried this, login to itch.io using a desktop browser, go to My Library (from the account menu on the top right), click on My Purchases and then the Bundles tab, see if it's there.

I have done this. I have also requested the e-mail that contains My Download links, under the 'Finding Existing Purchases' page in Support & Contact. Both I have checked several times (in case it got updated).

I've let an admin know.

Update:

Seems like Admin has added access to the bundle to my library. Problem resolved~

I’m going to close this thread as there is nothing actionable here for any viewers. As a reminder we don’t allow posts with titles like “Support not responding,” as described in the rules. A helpful thread is one that describes the problem in a way that others can benefit.

Thanks
