space

I am hosting a fund raiser for a hospital by creating a game and receiving donations on itch.io. My game is 110mb over 1GB and there is absolutely no way I can reduce it. I asked for more space and sent two emails two days ago but have not gotten a response. Is there any way that I can get that little extra space? Please help ASAP. Thank you.

Use Itch.io’s command line tool butler. You can use it to push new builds, and it raises the limit to 2GB. Make sure to read the documentation of how to set it up, and how to take advantage of its capabilities.

Hope that helps :)

Also, a two-day waiting time is not unusual, especially over the weekend. I'm afraid support just can't answer that quickly, so you need to plan things with some time in advance. Sorry about that.

I checked out your account and noticed that you have a completely blank page. We’re unlikely to offer you a limit increase unless you’ve populated your page with information about what it is you wish to upload. We typically don’t offer limit increases to empty accounts.

Also please update the title of this topic to something more descriptive, or we’ll have to close it.

Thanks
