If you select the pixel font for your profile, it doesn´t change.
Yup, I can reproduce this issue.
I encountered this issue too, but I see some other users having pixel font on their profiles. Does anyone know how to fix it?
I was having the same problem and can't find a solution so I'm just using google font VT323.

You could use a google font like Tiny5 by clicking the font drop down then click google font and then chose whatever font you want.
Still the built in Pixel font is much better.
