Nice simple idea! I was terrible at it, could maybe have had some more variety in the character's attacks, but a fun concept :)

Thanks for giving the game a go! :) We both really liked the idea of using the connections in nature!! Yeah the critters do cause some lag issues :( I made the balancing as low as I could to try minimize its impact best I could but at 100ish animals I was getting lag myself but the fix was too big for Nycto to implement in time :/
Such a great atmosphere! :) the story felt quite still, the music has a constant volume, the heartrate monitor stayed the same till the end and the voice acting had the same emotional depth throughout, some ebb and flow within these could have made the end hit really hard emotionally! I loved the details of the messages, some meaningless things that just pop into your head, through to the deep defining moments really felt like you were seeing someone's life journey!!!
love the idea of separating the attacks from their stat boosts and giving the player freedom to mix and match! I did have some issues with the UI the shop not giving the node it was showing and the attachments didn't always go where I told them too. But such a different style of play connecting the power and speed to the attacks I can see so many places this would go!!
Yeah there was a lot of lag in development but the fix was for Nycto to spend a couple of weeks refactoring some big systems, so I tried to make it so that it didn't get in the way too much :( Zoom we forgot sadly, which was definitely the biggest mistake! lots of people have said it was missing. The gems are gathered by the animals eating and the bigger the food that gets eaten the more gems :)
I like the idea it's a nice little puzzle game! I found some of the trees were confusing with lines that didn't seem to match-up where they were meant to connect on hard mode, Mistakes would give me 2 X's for mixing up 2 placements which seems harsh as placing all cards will always result in 2 misplaced positions. I like the concept of the type of puzzle and the feel is great!
I really like the idea of building your own walls to create barriers to zombie hordes. As I had to aim forward it was difficult to shoot them as I couldn't move away and shoot, this lead me to make myself a box and I got stuck and couldn't get out :( maybe wall HP for if you've walled yourself in so they can still get you or you being able to remove them would create more interaction with the wall mechanic? it's a really cool concept to create your own zombie maze and strategize out how to keep them at bay the longest!
Interesting idea, I would have liked it if the pylons stood out in some way to draw your attention to them as they were grey like the rest of the background and maybe a pop up to make the fact you can interact more clear. Taking this idea through some different environments and narratives could be a really cool idea! :)
Thanks for playing the game! :) I did get negative rabbits too but I wasn't sure where the bug came from and it was all hard coded last minute to make sure the UI was more accurate :( yeah adding in what each animal could eat and an aura when they're starving could have been helpful ways to show the player what's going on! I didn't think of that
Nice little puzzle game! Could have been cool to have the movement of the blocks have a bit of a slow start to the pushing of them instead of instantly being pushed, as they were sometimes hard to stop in time and with how big they are it would feel natural to struggle to get them moving! Ending was very ominous, I got eaten :( Such a cool idea having something demonic lure you by taking your things, reminds me of IT.
This has to be my favourite game so far! Use of the theme and the quirky animations and music it's great!! The screen transitions could be a annoying as I would fly off the screen into waiting enemies and knowing if I should be able to make a jump or not wasn't always clear, but unique skills attached to the opposite ends of a stick is very cool idea, I really think this could make for a great game, definitely worth continuing!! :)
I really like the idea of using texts or messages as the theme!! It was a bit difficult to read the messages after an Act as the high score text got in the way :( The music felt really thematic and I think the notes matched the tempo of the song well but maybe wanted to follow the main melody more in places. Very cute and relatable, I love it! :)
The idea is super cool! Bruce is MVP! I did get lost a bit at the start as there was a lot of text and it was everywhere so I missed a bunch. A simple tutorial where the player MUST use the intended mechanics to progress but only needs to use one at a time might help with that? Also using colour to match the doors to their keys so I know what opens will help me find where to go everything looked a bit the same :) I really like the idea of such a versatile tool like Bruce it feels like he has so much potential!!
The idea of using radios and interplanetary communication for the theme is so clever!! The alien's obsession over what we would consider trivial is very funny. It could be been cool if instead of saying things like 18 months it was 1 and a half solar cycles and instead of parking it was landing or docking to emphasis how foreign they are outside of the alien's unique obsession with cheese. Super quirky game it was great fun! :)
I also got seed 44 as an earlier comment and the initial torch can cast it's beam onto the wrong target which doesn't progress the puzzle so is a touch confusing. Nice way of escaping a dark cave by bringing light towards the entrance feels very thematic! I would like a stay still option to movement so it's possible to get optimal combat. But otherwise a cool atmospheric game! :)
Nice little turn based battler! the 3D Blorbs are great, the battles are cool and punchy! only thing I would have liked is the UI to be give abit more information at times, like when selecting who to attack having a colour for allies and one for enemies and when changing moves still being able to see what the new move did as you delete the old one :)
Thanks for giving the game a play! :) Yeah grabbing the animals is to move them to the food and away when there's too many eating in the area. I made the progression slow at the start as when I was balancing, if things went wrong they went wrong really fast!! So I slowed things down to make it easier to react to as the game progressed :)
