Keeping it for the director's cut, smart!

Thank you for trying it out! Monkey dancing = cute

Fun game! Short and sweet, the animations and game feels are great. Good job!

Very nice, it works well and the art is great, the little monkey on the stick is adorable! I wish there was a little bit more to the gameplay, like an actual objective but i'm just nitpicking, it's fine as a chill exerience. Good job!

The art is fantastic and the story was cute! I had a few bugs with the items but it happens. The music was super chill too, great job!

Yeah I thought about it actually but for some reason the decals in Godot aren't supported in OpenGL and I didn't take the time to make another workaround! Hopefully it didn't bother you too much, the game is pretty short o/ Thank you for playing!

That was the idea so great, thank you for playing!

The art is gorgeous and I really liked the story! Gameplay was pretty simple but it works great, my only complaint is that the "path" in the trees for the player isn't that obvious (but I'm being finicky) Good job!

I actually spent time making a music the monday morning but my soft crashed and I lost so much progress I decided to go without it (: shit happens, another lesson of why you must save more often!

Glad the shortcuts were useful! Thank you for playing!

Thanks for trying it out! I know people always hate when it triggers the sticky keys on Windows while spamming shift. Hopefully it didn't bother you too much.

Thank you for playing! Glad you enjoyed it enough to keep going after the 10!

Quite fun, I liked the art and the idea. My only complaint is that the monkeys don't follow the dash so if you jump + dash to avoid an obstacle, they're all just gonna fall and it looks so depressing to go from 150 to 30 in a single hole. Monkey small brain I guess! Good job overall!

Alright you did not lie about the auditory hell, I can still hear the conyos!

I feel like the mobs don't die enough? Like even with 10 pals, nothing is dying fast enough but good job on finishing!

Cereal is NOT soup Mousey smh my head.

I really liked the art and music, you nailed the FNF feel, great job!

Good job! That was fun, the models are fun, really like their face expressions!
I think it could have used a little more enemies since it's super easy but that's better than the opposite! Also I don't think Aethel passive work and his bubble damage doesn't update either, my lord o7

This was fun, I liked the dialogs and the boss fight. Good job!

I really liked it! The art is cute and it's super satisfying to hear the music pick back up after a cheer!

Now I want a version with a vocalist forgetting the lyrics :D

That was very cute! I would have definitely like a bit more on the JRPG side but that's just my taste, the visual novel works super well and the art is great. Good job!

(1 edit)

Very cool game! The art works great! The jump from the rings feels a bit scuffed sometimes but overall I really liked it! My only real complaint is the difficulty curve could be a little smoother because damn even the start has no chill!

Edit: Oh and it gets very busy visually near the end, especially when you die near a checkpoint and you see 10 little blobs moving around your player.

Definitely confusing, If I understood correctly you only reload by touching an enemy with your color, which makes it super frustrating when not one is spawning and you're powerless. I like the visuals though, good job on your participation!

Good job! I feel like it would have been better for the player to be able to attack too (maybe with the dash?) cause it's a bit awkward to wait for more mice to spawn during boss fights when everyone else is dead.

Alright, I really tried but I'm not sure I understand it. After setting the controls, I can enter the grey tear, move around and talk to a couple of people and then I run out of places to go and get stuck into the black void from the start but I can't interact with the tear again. Can't seem to get to the ending choice unfortunately. It might have needed a little more guidance but good job!

Cool game, like others said it gets pretty eerie when the music stops and there are no more enemies spawning. You're just walking around thinking "I won but, at what cost?" Anyway, would love to see what you would have done with more time, good job!

Well I'm glad you didn't cause your game is a jam! Thank you for playing!

This is so haaaaard ahah! I think my main issue is it's super difficult to see where you are on the forward axis, my eyes keep jumping from left to right and I kinda lose which shelf we're at, maybe a little highlight would have helped! The music is great and I love your Connor model. Good job!

Thank you for playing!

Thank you for trying it out!

Thank you! I spent a lot of time on the player controller yeah, I saw (a bit late) that you could spam the lunge move but I figured it was more fun with than without! Glad you enjoyed flying around!

Good job on your submission, unfortunately I couldn't finish it, the boss just wouldn't die :(

Good job! The character arts is amazing, need more of that in my life! Was good fun, a little slow-ish for each rounds and I think it needs a pity system where you automatically drop a present after x time or x kills to avoid the bad luck of not getting one the whole run!

Oug oug ouuuug!

Good job! It took me a while to understand I needed to click on the balloons and the square kept getting stuck on the sides but it was pretty fun and the intro looked super cool!

Fun puzzles, good job! It's not always clear if your player is gonna move by itself when you switch to a pal but other than that it was nice.

Good job! The 3 slots to place new pals or buff existant ones are a good idea, I liked that.

Good job for your first jam! Would have been fun to expand a bit on the gameplay but I like the different endings!

Good job! The jump felt a little too nervous but it was nice.

As the others said, it is very hard to play alone. The enemies are so fast you can barely let the pirate alone for a moment before he gets hurt, it would have been nice to either focus on the combat or the platforming/puzzle. Good job on your participation!

Good job! The last level is way too difficult, just one more banana or a little more time would have helped a lot to avoid that frustration but it might be a skill issue.

Bonanza! Managed to do it in 21 monkeys, I really like the idea but the controls are super floaty.
It would have been nice to have a key to pin your monkey maybe, to focus more on the building instead of the jumps.

Good job!

Hey, good job on finishing!

I tried 4 times and unfortunately couldn't finish the first battle, it keeps crashing after I validate one of the card requirement :( It's a bit rough and probably too ambitious for a game jam but I like the art and the undertale fight mechanics!
