I was pleasantly surprised by your entry as I happen to be a big Arkham fan. Quite the coincidence :D

I really like your entry! I love the Arkham combat (and insist it is more than a 'Simon says'-like hit-the-prompted-button-to-win) and you captured its puzzle-y essence very well. I also quite like the puns you snuck in and the randomly generated enemy names. The game explains itself well enough (very important for a jam game) and I was always able find the information to solve the next step of the puzzle. That said, I do think you could improve the visual language a bit. Although all information is available to the player, I found movement and attacks hard to discern and had to rely on the history log to figure out what happened in the previous turn. Regardless, you managed to create an impressive entry with the foundation for a good puzzle roguelike. Well done!

Very nice! Consistent, bouncy art style, interesting theme and feels like a very complete game. Nice enemy variety. I did overshoot side paths a lot, though, so I think the controls could improved on. That said, I was never that good in pacman to begin with, so that might be on me ;). Anyway, very nice, polished entry!

I like the attempt at world building and it made me wanna dive deeper into the network. That said, the UI is working against it. It is easy to get lost in the nodes and I am not sure whether I reached the end by luck or by design. If you can give a better sense of where the player is in the network and where they have been already, I think more notes will be found and they have a greater chance to reach the end of the game.

Well, I was pleasantly surprised. Once I got the gist behind the game, I was having lots of fun. At one point the car got stuck in reverse and I was drifting around the floor ramming enemies left and right. Very original and very good entry!

Interesting entry, it took me a while to figure out how the combat works, but I never quite managed to get a level clear (although I might have missed some things). I get the sense each level is a puzzle, but I would suggest including some instructions on what is expected from the player. From an UI perspective, the different elements are clear and you have chosen colors that are easy on the eyes. I think that if you improve onboarding new players, you could have a nice little game on your hands.

Like others have stated, you have chosen a good art pack that makes your game upbeat, even when the player gets mauled by the slimes. I also think it is always important to have a proper ending, so well done making sure that got in. I do think that the controls are a little stiff and agree with your notion that it can use some polish, but overall this is a very solid entry. Well done!

Thank you for trying my game and telling me about the audio problems! Apparently the audio system of my engine is not yet ready for prime time. Since there is no audio in the game to begin with, I have removed it from the game.

Thank you for your comment and playing my game! I will definitely consider making improvements on the legibility of the game, both visually and design-wise.
