Thanks for your review! :D

The idea of various different challenges is fun, we were thinking of ways to vary the gameplay and that's a solid idea we could implement alongside others!

You guessed right on both cases, the tutorial is like that because of time constraints and the explosion sounds plays for each instance of explosion happening at once, which ends up being very loud in some cases, which I now realized isn't the greatest thing lmao.

If we'll expand upon the game we'll keep this advice in mind, thanks again! <3

Thank you for the kind words!! :D

Those are some nice suggestions! Some of them have already been suggested by some people, but the pause mid-performance suggestion is pretty interesting, we'll keep it in mind!

We're glad you had fun!! :)

Hi! Thanks for the kind words and review! <3

We originally planned to have an actual background but ended up cutting that due to time constraints :(

Yeah, the tutorial is a lot, but again, due to time constraints we didn't have time to do something more interactive and simple, but we're glad you enjoyed testing all the dancers and different configurations! :)

Thanks again!! :D

UPDATED RATING AFTER REPLAYING THE GAME:

Enjoyment: 4/5

I somehow completely missed the cup part in the tutorial the first time </3 that's my bad. The game is actually very fun once you get the hang of things! I wish there was a bit more variety in the gameplay, the little conditions are cool, but I feel like there could be more impactful ones, maybe even having different ingredients be prepared in different methods rather than just being heated up.

Creativity and Theme: 4/5

My opinion on this aspect didn't really change. Spinning the potions is cool but the fact you end up just being able to shake them instead is a bit odd.

Visuals: 4/5

Same as what I said earlier, they're good, but some little animations would make them even better!

Audio: 3/5

Again, no BGM hurts this a lot, but that's understandable from what you've told me.

Seriousness: 4/5

Ok yeah, the game has more serious elements that it initally met my eye, bonus seriousness point!

FINAL RATING: 4/5

Cool entry! I feel like it lacks a bit of gameplay variety, but it has a strong idea. Thank you for letting me know what i had originally missed and pushing me towards giving the game a 2nd chance! :D

Thank you for the kind review! <3

We originally wanted to have the dancers have some sort of overlay on their spin direction before you started the performance, but with the way we coded the game it was impossible for us to do so :(

I do think that not being able to see that adds some extra challenge though, being able to constantly see it might make the game a bit too easy perhaps? Idk, we'll evaluate on this topic as we go further (if we do end up expanding upon this project, as it's getting reviewed very positively, with a lot of peeps wanting more.)

Thank you again! Glad you enjoyed the game! :D

I completely missed the cup being needed to serve the potion ^^" I did read the tutorial, even twice over since I was a bit confused, but i don't think the cup part is stated in there (unless i just missed it)

I'll give the game another try later and update my review with this information <3

For the visuals, I like the overall style, maybe you could've maybe added some small idle animations to the customers? (even just their still sprite slowly bobbing up and down could do the trick)

For the audio, I see. Hopefully you can get the BGM going on your next jam project! <3

As for seriousness, that will be re-rated once i re-play the game!

Thanks for letting me know what i missed! :)

Cool entry!

Enjoyment: 3/5

I like the premise, my only issue is that the wheel sometimes feels a bit unreliable to get where you want it to go, which lead me to pretty quick game overs, which kinda sucked.

Creativity and Theme: 5/5

Very creative usage of the spinning wheel, despite being a theme that's been used over and over, I like the idea of being able to manipulate it and using it for combat.

Visuals: 5/5

The visuals look very good! I love the characters and animations!!

Audio: 4/5

The audio works well, but I still feel like it could have some more flavor. The current sound design really gives "old flash game" vibes, which is not bad at all, but could use some extra touch.

Seriousness: 3/5

The game looks too goofy and silly to get a very high serious score, but you still get 3 stars for the effort. ( I do have to rate seriousness in some way..)

FINAL RATING: 3.5/5

Overall a fun little entry! I liked it despite some somewhat small flaws. Kepp up the good work! :)

Interesting entry!!

Enjoyment: 3/5

The main idea is very cool, but trying to understand what words to use in what situation kind of gave me an headache, I couldn't really manage to get that high of a score, but it was interesting nonetheless.

Creativity and Theme: 5/5

Very creative use of the theme and I love the overall vibe the game goes for! :D Reminds me a lot of Job Job from The Jackbox Party games, except it's serious instead of silly.

Visuals: 4/5

Visuals look pretty nice, I just wish there was a little bit more going on, maybe give the guy speaking some more sprite variations? Still very good!

Audio: 5/5

The audio works well, I have no complaints.

Seriousness: 5/5

Indeed very serious.

FINAL RATING: 4/5

The idea is very cool and unique, I just wish i could've understood which words to use in which situations a bit more lmao. But I liked this entry's charm overall! :D

The tutorial situation has already been adressed multiple times, we wanted to have a more interactive tutorial but didn't have the time to do so sadly :(

If the game ever gets updated, we'll probably have something clearer to understand and not as much of an info-dump.

Could you specifiy what you think was messy about the UI and visuals? Just so that we can take notes and improve on that for next time! :D

Thank you for your time and your review! :)

Seems like an interesting entry, but I just couldn't understand how to progress for the life of me </3

Enjoyment: 2/5

It took me over 10 minutes just to understand how making a potion worked, and even when i had a potion ready I couldn't understand how to actually give the client the potion, so I never got past the first guy in over 15 minutes of gameplay. I think the  game REALLY needs a more interactive tutorial (mine has the same issue, so don't let yourself down for that lmao), as I pretty much wasn't able to play the game at all.

Creativity and Theme: 4/5

Spinning the potions to mix the ingredients is a fun take, although you can technically just shake the flask randomly instead of spinning it, which kind of breaks the point of it.

Visuals: 4/5

Visuals look pretty nice, at least from what I was able to see.

Audio: 3/5

The audio is very very basic, but it works. No BGM is kind of a bummer though.

Seriousness: 3/5

Moderately serious.

FINAL RATING: 3/5

I wish I could've understood the game better, but alas, I still tried to enjoy the aspects that I could enjoy as much as I could. I like the idea, but you really need to guide the players a bit more in the beginning. Still, I feel like it's probably a fun little game if you understand how to actually play. :)

WOW!! A very impressive entry!!
Enjoyment: 5/5

A very very interesting and fun puzzle game!! I have to admit i had a bit of trouble understanding all the mechanics at first, but the mystery and satisfaction in understanding how the environment works is very rewarding!!

Creativity and Theme: 4/5

Very creative take on the theme! I have to admit that maaybe you could've gravitated more on the spinning factor, as it's not quite the main focus of the game, but you still implemented spinning pretty well!

Visuals: 4/5

Very clean and simple visuals! My only complaint is the various forms having no animations when moving/using actions, which feels a little awkward, but other than that i really loved the simple yet very atmospheric style!

Audio: 5/5

Very good usage of the audio! The music and sound effects used fit the vibe very well! (+ bonus points for having the music be original compositions!)

Seriousness: 5/5

The game does, indeed, feel pretty serious.

FINAL RATING: 4.5/5

Very very solid game!! I loved playing through it and I definetly reccomend giving it a try!

https://itch.io/jam/theveryseriousjuniperdevgamejam/rate/4709366 Here's our game if you're interested in a little puzzle roguelike with elements similar to games like Balatro! :D

Thank you so much!! <3

Very interesting creepy game!!

Enjoyment: 5/5

Very interesting take with a very creepy atmosphere. There isn't much going on in terms of gameplay but the strong aspect of the game is the narrative, which is short but interesting!

Creativity and Theme: 5/5

The game took the words "spin to win" pretty literally, while also building a story around it! Very nice!

Visuals: 5/5

I love the style of the game, despite it really only being John Bucket and the wheel behind him, I think the emptiness of the background actually empowers the creepy factor of the game.

Audio: 4/5

Audio doesn't have that much going on, but it's very solid and does what it needs to do.

Seriousness: 5/5

The game does touch pretty serious topics, so I suppose it is pretty serious.

FINAL RATING: 4/5

Very interesting creepy little narrative game! I liked it! :)

Fun little rotating tower defense!

Enjoyment: 4/5

The game is very simple but pretty fun, although progression feels a little slow. My only major complaint is the fact that there's pretty much no explanation of the mechanics, especially regarding the flowers, but you do understand as you play so it's not so bad.

Creativity and Theme: 4/5

Very simple, could've had more spice to it, but it does follow the spinning theme and implements it in the core gameplay. :)

Visuals: 4/5

The visuals look clean, I really liked the end screen!! My only complaint is the excessive visual effects when hitting an enemy, and especially when defeating one. I think those need to be toned down a little. The end screen also kinda flashbangs you out of nowhere, so you'd need a flash warning or a disable flash option, or you could hurt somebody D:

Audio: 3/5

The audio is nice, although I kinda wish there was a bit more going on with it.

Seriousness: 3/5

Moderately serious.

FINAL RATING: 3.5/5

A fun little tower defense game! Needs some polish but it's definetly not bad! :)

Thank you for your review!! :)

We're glad you enjoyed the game, and yeah, the difficulty isn't that high up because we wanted to make sure that anyone could play the game for a bit without too much trouble for the jam, but a difficulty increase with more varied gameplay in various ways is planned in case we end up expanding upon this game for a finalized product! :D

Thank you for your kind words!! <3

Yeah, I've thought about formation saving but there just wasn't enough time to implement it in the current version of the jam sadly, as it would've been harder than it may seem to do due to how the game is handled (we'll probably need some major patching up to the game's main code, but that's planned in case of future updates, so expect this feature to potentially exist as a setting if the game gets expanded upon! :D)

(1 edit)

Thank you so much for your kind words!! <3

We were unsure whether we would expand upon the game after the jam or not when we first started, but with so many people suggesting that we should, we are definetly being pointed at a direction over here xD nothing is final, but the chances of us giving the game updates are steadily increasing with each good review!

We're glad you loved the art! I did most of the pixel-art spritework for the board part of the game, while Siarpa did the entirety of the wonderful shop art!! (and also the Caveau dancer's pixel sprites, as I was exhausted by then yet she somehow managed to get that one done for me despite her also being very tired <3)

We already had a few suggestions for gameplay variety but no one suggested randomized board layouts so far! That's a very interesting idea we'll keep in mind!

Thank you again for your time and we're super happy you liked the game!! :D

Fun little game!!

Enjoyment: 3/5

The controls feel a little weird and I kinda wish there was some sort of tutorial as it can be a little confusing to understand what you have to do, but it's still very much playable and a pretty fun concept, although I had trouble playing decently ngl. I wish there was an indicator for when the tadpole/fish thingies are about to appear and where, as you pretty much just have to predic ttheir spawn location to grab them, which ends up being just rng.

Creativity and Theme: 5/5

The game is very creative and uses the spinning theme very well!! I like the core gameplay idea, I just think it needs a bit of polish.

Visuals: 4/5

Pretty cool visuals, although some animations look a little stiff and the style is sometimes a little inconsistent, but it's very solid!!

Audio: 4/5

The audio is alright, but this could also use a bit of polish and some audio settings as well.

Seriousness: 4/5

Pretty serious I'd say.

FINAL RATING: 4/5

A fun little game with a few flaws, but which could be very fun given the right amount of time and polish, not bad! :)

Fun concept, but there are some problems. Although considering you made this in FIVE HOURS you shouldn't feel bad, I think it's really good for the amount of time you were able to spend on this.

Enjoyment: 3/5

The idea itself is fun, but the controls feel unresponsive at times, making it sometimes really frustrating to get Juniper where you want her to go. Other than that the puzzle ideas are very nice for being made on such short notice, I just think that the timer is a little bit too punishing.

Creativity and Theme: 4/5

The puzzles are fun despite everything, but other than that there isn't that much going on in here for a theme. But the jam's theme was well-respected so it's still good!

Visuals: 2/5

Visuals are pretty weak, but that's to be expected with the time constraints. I sadly have to give this one a pretty low rating but i bet you can cook up much cooler stuff when you source code doesn't get obliterated.

Audio: 3/5

The music choice is alright and the few sounds are nice, I just wish there was a bit more going on.

Seriousness: 5/5

Extra seriousness points for having posted a game despite the inconvenience.

FINAL RATING: 3/5

Very impressive entry given what happened with your original project. Wish you better luck next time <3

Thank you for the kind words and suggestions!! :D (and don't worry about making the ballerinas go boom often, it happens to all of us sometimes xD)

Also, I'll try out your game very soon so expect a review later!! :)

We'll keep in mind both the relic-like passive upgrades and some special stage rules/bosses if we push this game forward, those two are both very solid ideas, with the latter being very much needed for gameplay variety.

Thanks for the feedback!! :D

The placing currently has some buggy behavior, yeah, but it's mitigated by the ability to delete dancers (even though it can get a little annoying, we'll try to fix that)

Also, yeah, stage rules of some kind are planned if we want to push this game forward, we just didn't have the time to implement something like that for the jam sadly

Thanks for your feedback!! :D

Fun incremental (or, I guess, de-incremental) game!!

Enjoyment: 4/5

It's mostly a clicker game, with a kinda rough start which then smoothens out and kind of ends up finishing a lot quicker than you'd expect. I like the addition of environment-related trivia questions though!

I feel like having the upgrades give a more "visible" output would be good. sometimes you don't really understand what an upgrade did until a while later.

Creativity and Theme: 4/5

I guess the fan spins, and that's the main focus of the game, but there could've been some more direct spinning involved imo. Still not bad :D

Visuals: 3/5

The art is alright, I just feel that the visuals could use a bit more polish. Everything feels a little stiff, but, again, it's really not that bad.

Audio: 3/5

Same as the visuals, it's okay but i feel like you could have more going on with sound effects, but it's alright.

Seriousness: 5/5

Global warning is indeed a serious topic.

FINAL RATING: 3.5/5

It's a cool little project, but I feel like it could use some more work. Still a very nice and relaxing entry! :D

Thank you for your kind words!! <3

Yeah, the game definetly needs a lot of balance work if it were to turn into a fully fleshed out project, but we just said "y'know what? this is a little game for a jam, let's just allow people to mess around with stuff, even if it's too strong."

I still wanna keep the ability to do infinite mechanisms ,as i think it's one of the most charming aspects of the game, but I'd definetly have to find a way to make them more balanced and have it be less reliable to use the exact same strat every time.

With that said, thank you so much for your time and suggestions!! :D

I actually enjoyed soaring through the skies more than one would expect lmao
Maybe you could even make it so that the sky fades to black when you go very high, as if you were going into space, instead of just a simple scroll limit right where the sky ends right now, but that's just a suggestion that I came up with off the top of my head.
(Oh also i forgot to mention, there also is no scroll limit when going downwards, although I'd assume that you're probably aware of that one too now)

Fun little narrative adventure! :D

Enjoyment: 4/5

The game follows a tiny narrative which is pretty interesting, while also adding small spin-related minigames into it which I found very charming! My only complaint is the final battle being a bit punishing if you don't immediately understand what to do (plus possibly being a bit RNG? im not sure whether the loaded shot is always in the same spot or if its randomized) but the checkpoint right before it somewhat makes up for it.

Creativity and Theme: 5/5

The theme has been followed very well with many interesting implementations of spinning!

Visuals: 3/5

I can see visuals are what's lacking the most in here, but that's alright! I appreciate the effort of building all the narrative cutscenes. The movements sometimes feel a bit janky, but you still managed to send the message you wanted very well with each sequence! All I can say is keep doing stuff like this and you'll improve a lot over time, making epic stuff!!

Audio: 3/5

My only complaint with the audio is the shooting sound being tremendously loud. I get that it might also be for realism, as the gun shooting movement is VERY accentuated and suggests that might've been what you were going for, but it catches players very off guard, potentially even being harmful! I'd suggest not going too overboard with sound volume next time, although I understand the vision.

Seriousness: 5/5

The gunslinger's needed redemption is, in fact, VERY serious.

FINAL RATING: 3.5/5

Pretty nice little game! It has a couple flaws but I know you can work around those going forward! Nice job! :)

Nice little game!! :D

Enjoyment: 4/5

Very simple little game, kinda wish there was a bit more to it but it's a fun very short little challenge nonetheless! My only complaint is similar to what aselletee said regarding the instructions. The spinning mechanic is explained a bit awkwardly, but once you understand it you're good to go!

Creativity and Theme: 5/5

Very creative usage of the spin theme, I like the way the spinning mechanic works (once I understood it)

Visuals: 4/5

Very clean and simple visual style, although I feel like there could've been something more going on, still not bad! Also, when winning the game you can keep moving up with your camera, eventually going out of bounds, which looks a bit awkward.

Audio: 4/5

Very simple sound design but a very effective one! I like the sound that plays when you do a successful spin a lot! :D

Seriousness: 4/5

Nothing specifically serious in here, but bonus point for the cat.

FINAL SCORE: 4/5

Very small cozy game, definetly reccomend checking it out if you want to try out a very simple but fun quick game! :)

Yeah, we didn't really balance everything out properly since this was for a jam and mostly focused on allowing people to have fun. If we were to expand the project to be something bigger, we would probably balance things out in a way that allows for infinite mechanisms but makes them harder to achieve (and doesn't make the player prone to leaving the game afk for a while for free money)
There are other, more immediate, ways to absolutely wreck the money count as of right now, but i won't spoil strats in here >:D (said strats will also need some patching up because they're stupidly strong lmao)

Thank you for your kind words and your review!! I'm glad you had a good time! <3

Ooooooo!! Very very interesting game!!

Enjoyment: 4/5

The gameplay mechanic is very interesting, my only complaint is being unable to rotate your view while repelling, which can be a little annoying, although it's not so bad.

Creativity and Theme: 5/5

Incredibly creative idea, definetly the game's strongest suit. The idea alone makes the game extremely memorable and interesting!

Visuals: 4/5

The visuals work very well, I just feel that maaaybe it could be polished a tiny bit more in some aspects, as it does feel a bit too basic in some ways, but it's still very very good nonetheless!!

Audio: 5/5

I love the sound design decisions a lot, the sounds are satisfying :)

Seriousness: 5/5

I think taking a quantum physics lesson through a videogame is as serious as it can get LMAO

FINAL RATING: 4/5

Very very good and interesting entry! I loved it a lot!! :D

We have adressed the tutorial situation a few times already and, if we'll update this project, we'll most likely add an interactive simple tutorial level. There sadly just wasn't enough time and we had to cramp all the information up into text :(
To put it simply, the signal messes up if the dancers are all clumped up, try building a row of dancers instead if you're willing to eventually give the game a 2nd try!
Sorry if the beginning isn't the best, but we still appreciate the review! :)

Pretty solid horror game!

Enjoyment: 4/5

The gameplay is pretty fun, and the chase sequences aren't too punishing, as you get up to 3 hits before you lose. Me and my friend sadly stumbled upon a bug that made the red door unusable despite having collected the key, thus we ended up not finishing the game, but we got close enough.

Creativity & Theme: 3/5

I feel like only spinning 2 valves isn't the best use of the spin to win theme, but it's still there. I've seen a lot of other entries, including one other horror game, implement a spin mechanic in a more interesting way. Still, i can't say there is no spinning, the 2 valves do serve the purpose of winning after all.

Visuals: 4/5

Visuals look pretty nice, I just wish there was a bit more variety with the ambience, as all the rooms look very empty. I love the use of the lighting though, as you can sometimes see the exterminator's shadow on the walls, knowing he's there beforehand in a very creepy way.

Audio: 5/5

The audio fits very well and the chase theme is cool! The sound design also generally works well.

Seriousness: 4/5

Scary... pretty serious.

FINAL RATING: 4/5

The game is pretty fun and simple, although it is a pretty standard horror experience. Still a good entry though! :D

Cool horror game with an original gameplay idea!
Enjoyment: 4/5

The main mechanics are a bit awkward to understand at first, but once you get going they're actually very interesting and unique, I think the curse system is pretty cool!

Creativity and Theme: 5/5

Spinning is the main focus of the gameplay, as that determines the curses you get, and it's implemented fairly well!

Visuals: 4/5

The visuals are pretty good, although I feel like they could use some extra polish in some departments, but there isn't any specific aspect that is lacking to its core in terms of visuals. I just think some stuff could look a teeny bit better.

Audio: 4/5

More or less the same as the visuals. It's not perfect, but it's still very very solid!

Seriousness: 5/5

Very scary.. very serious...

FINAL RATING: 4/5

Overall a fun short horror game I reccomend trying out if you like the genre! :D Good job!

Cool game! :D

Enjoyment: 3/5

The main idea is pretty fun, my main issues were that the web build tends to be pretty laggy, even when not in fullscreen, but more importantly the fact that enemies can attack you even while room generation is still happening, which can feel a bit unfair at times.

Creativity and Theme: 3/5

The creativity is there, but I feel like spinning should be implemented a bit more onto the core of the game's mechanics. Still not bad though!

Visuals: 3/5

The visuals are alright, although there is some weird strecthing behaviors happening with some sprites, at least in the web version of the game. The entirely monochrome setting in contrast with the rainbow colors also feels a bit awkward with how it was executed, although I can see the vision. I just feel like the colors are a bit too "eyestrain-y", perhaps you should also put up an eyestrain warning next time for people who are sensible to that stuff.

Audio: 4/5

The audio is alright but could use some improvement in track variety and improved sound design, but it's solid nonetheless.

Seriousness: 4/5

The business in here is pretty serious.

FINAL RATING: 3.5/5

The game definetly has a strong base. I just feel like it could use some more polish, but it's good nonetheless! :D

WOAHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!! THIS IS SO GOOD!!

Enjoyment: 5/5

The game presents itself very quickly yet very charmingly, all the mechanics are very easy to catch on to and very fun to manouver around with and everything is put incredibly well together to grant a very interesting challenge all the way through the stages, until the end of the game!

Creativity and Theme: 5/5

Super creative usage of the theme. Spinning is used perfectly to manipulate the gameplay and, again, all the minigames manage to work with spinning in mind and very well when paired with eachother!!

Visuals: 5/5

I LOVE THE ART IN THIS!! The style is super charming, giving the game a very memorable identity. The colors are nice and all the animations look so so good!!

Audio: 5/5

The audio is quite perfect. The music is amazing and the sound design ties everything together perfectly!!

Seriousness: 5/5

The whole world is flooding!! Come on that's definetly a pretty serious situation!!

FINAL RATING: 5/5!! PERFECT SCORE!!!

First time I've given a perfect score rating in this Jam, so my sincere congratulations!! This game was insanely fun and charming to play and I look forward to see what you guys make in the future!! Incredible job! :D

(1 edit)

I'll give this one a try! It sounds fun! :D (Edit: After trying the game, I can confirm it's absolutely awesome. DEFINETLY worth checking out!!)
Here's me and my friend's game: https://itch.io/jam/theveryseriousjuniperdevgamejam/rate/4709366

THIS IS SO GOOD?? I love this entry a lot!!

Enjoyment: 5/5

I admit I had a little trouble understanding how everything worked at first, but once you get the hang of it this is actually really well put together! And this is coming from someone who's not incredibly suited for FNAF-like gameplay, yet I still enjoyed playing through this :)

Creativty and Theme: 5/5

The spinning is well implemented, I especially love how stirring the wheel has "drift" to it, making it feel more realistic and giving an higher challenge in dodging the torpedos. The game is also overall very creative in its theming, loved it.

Visuals: 5/5

The visuals are incredibly well done, looking somewhat simple but in a kind of perfect way. Everything looks pretty clean and complete.

Audio: 4/5

My only complaint with the audio is that the ping sound might be a little too loud, that's about it. Loved everything else.

Seriousness: 5/5

Ship carrying with your life on the line as you get assaulted by all sort of enemies is definetly pretty serious business.

FINAL RATING: 4.5/5

Everything is extremely well polished and the gameplay is fun and interesting! The audio was the only issue, but even then, that's a very minor nitpick. I loved playing through this and I encourage others to also give it a shot! :)

If you're talking about the clock infinite loop, that's not a bug! We actually do know about that and decided to leave it that way. It's a pretty specific configuration (that i'm not gonna spoil here) people need to figure out and that's the whole fun of the game! We don't want a game that's tediously challenging and to be party poopers who patch any cool interaction, we want people to experiment and do crazy stuff with all the units, ESPECIALLY game breaking stuff! (Also, trust me, there's more game breaking stuff compared to clock...)

With that said, thank you for your review! :)

Fun little roguelike shooter game!! :D

Enjoyment: 4/5

I like the gameplay loop, my only issue is the rolls feeling a bit unreliable to recharge, but you can mitigate it thorugh upgrades so it's only the early game that feels a bit stiff.

Creativity and Theme: 3/5

The game idea itself isn't anything incredibly revolutionary, but it's not bad either! I just feel like spinning should've been implemented more as a mechanic due to the jam's theme.

Visuals: 5/5

I really really like the visual style for this. It's very unique and makes the game stand out a lot!

Audio: 4/5

The music choice works well and the sfx also work well enough.

Seriousness: 4/5

Again, gambling is pretty serious business...

FINAL RATING: 4/5

Overall pretty solid game! Some more enemy variations would be nice but it still holds up fairly well! :D Keep up the good work and you'll make wonderful stuff in the future!

I do admit that the tutorial is a bit of an info dump. I'd have loved to make a more interactive tutorial but the time constraints ended up shifting our focus into actually getting the gameplay and units to work well enough and for the game to look good enough visually. If this game ends up getting updated, you can expect a more interactive tutorial to be added! :)
