Hey this is a really cool idea! I'd love a sequel. The detail where the two sides are flipped because both participants are on either side of the wall is a neat detail.

Excellent game! Pantograph supremacy!

Thank you!

Great job! Yeah the trick is really hard, but we kept it in because we thought it was fun.

Yeah, we wrote the characters in a way where none of them really listen to each other's advice, but they do come to respect each other eventually. I based both off the relationship I had with one of my mentors.

As far as the controls go, it's your fault we wanted to make them difficult to show how terrible of an idea pool with dice would be. We didn't give you the tilt controls back because we wanted you to be engaged throughout the game, and tilting dice around on the table isn't as fun as trying to  herd dice towards the pockets.

Glad you liked it! Thanks for the great feedback!

The main character is cute! The eyes add a lot to it.

Hey, this is a good idea! I can totally see this meshing well with a deck building game where you have to equip the cards on the die. If you make the UI a little clearer, give the enemies their own die, and polish it a bit, it's could be great!

WOW this game is hard. Upgrading the dice to have different numbers of pips on each face is a clever idea. It's a little disheartening to see the shop filled with things worth 5x your entire wallet. The controls were smooth and the sight was a great idea!

Hey, this kind of reminds me of the game my team made!
I've always wanted a videogame that let me the role of an actor trying to play the role of a die. This game delivers on that very specific promise.

I got one of the bad endings but it didn't display the text correctly :(
I wanted to know what happened to the actor.

What engine did you make this in?

The puzzles are interesting, but the presentation is what really shines through. My only gripe is that the fade and next level animations take too a little long to play. Bravo!

An interesting concept! I liked the idea of you having to sacrifice some abilities for health.  When I got to the last room it warped me back to the 2nd room of the game, was that supposed to happen? What's at the end?

Super polished and satisfying to play. Good stuff!

Like doing a sudoku in a bubble bath. Great execution!

THIS IS SUCH A GOOD CONCEPT! The fact that any changes you make to cards is permanent is what really makes the game incredible. Setting up your deck so that you can continuously roll high on attack and health cards is very satisfying. Great job!

Let's just say Mark Brown's going to be making another 30 minute deep dive on this masterpiece.

The design was so airtight I was struggling to breathe. And do the enemies' AI even take the eyes on the die into account? 5/5!

Love the cute enemy portraits!

An interesting concept. It would make for a good story if the protagonist gained the ability to control their fate, but for now it makes for an interesting metaphor. Good stuff!

The roll is a genius way to spice up a tried-and-tested trope. It's a little difficult to control, but a great concept!

I liked the art! The different dice representing different weapons was an interesting idea.

Wow, this game is difficult. But well designed! And the retro aesthetic is pretty interesting too!

The weapons were pretty well balanced, and the rolling mechanic was clever. The AI was pretty good too!

This one was great! I loved the dice mechanic. It would be cool if different skills needed different amounts of dice to recharge, or if you could put dice into your health. I couldn't beat the game, but I had a ton of fun!

Hey, this one was pretty good! It's a little difficult to control the die, but it's an interesting metaphor for how decisions can be left up to fate. Good job!

It would help if you could tell how much charge your laser had. The AI for the enemies was pretty enjoyable because you couldn't kite around them! Lining them up and blasting them with your laser was the best part of this game.

The physics are a little buggy. A fullscreen mode would really help! I like the idea of the poker chips as enemies!

A simple concept polished and juiced up to a ridiculous decree. I have to keep practicing; the skill ceiling looks ridiculously high!

The crowning achievement

I wonder if sub 2:30 is possible?

Dev here! Thank you for your support! I'm glad you enjoyed my game.

Dev here! Thanks for your feedback, it means a lot!

I wholeheartedly agree that the jumping can be a little precise, especially for the first few levels. I constrained myself to 16x16 tiles, which means the player's jump height can't be too high if I want to make long levels, which means I can't allow a large timing window to jumps. Most jumps are a little precise because of this.

I think the levels themselves can also be a little difficult. I was only able to get three play testers on board, and two of them played the easier levels after they'd already had some experience with the game. I tried to make the first and second levels as forgiving as possible, but I wasn't really able to get a good gauge on how easy the first few levels were  for new players.

I'll find a couple new players and ask them whether they thought the first few levels were too hard, and make changes accordingly. I'll also use what I learned for my next games!

Edit: Also, if you're having trouble and a jump just seems impossible, consider looking for another way to beat it! Don't be ashamed to look at the walkthrough if you get stuck.

Wow, you're optimizing really fast! Keep cranking out those world records!

4 Deaths?!

What a steal!
...but is it possible to go faster?

A valiant effort

Dev here! Thanks for your support! How do you know if the game was 10/10 if you haven't played it yet

Dev here! That's a great time TheDubW! Only 5 seconds to cut before you hit sachinallums's personal best of 4:51.55!
