I really like this! The branching pathways are need, and the moody-yet-optimistic vibe is really interesting. Definitely worth expanding on this concept!

Really like your take on this. It is similar to my take on the theme (getting different levels based on your die rolls), yet you made it much more direct by using the die to create your path. Really like that idea and hence I think it comes across better than mine. Like how you gave it a dark-ish theme and the sound that you used.

I like that you added multiple paths. For more player progression I was thinking of adding dice for skills too, and enemies using dice too. I think this would work for you too.

This brings you the need to reveal all the possible paths on every screen. Surely this is a idea and concept with can be done in something bigger! I like it.

The jumps were more challenging that i first expected. But i love this feeling of random accomplishment, after getting "lucky" enough to get fed with another piece of text that expresses different kind of emotions. The BGM also fits really good in my opinion. Exploring the different Endings was really fun!

Thanks! I'm glad the BGM fit well, I was worried it might get repetitive. I'm glad you enjoyed it :)

Ohhhh this game was way more fun than I first thought. A bit more polish and I would love to see where you go with this. This game has way more story to be told. And I don't mean any pressure, but I would have loved any kind of narration as I played and went down the different paths. Also, just a quality of life suggestion, for the 'empty' blocks, you could put an 'empty' die face as well. Good game!

Thanks for the feedback, I'm so glad you enjoyed it! :)

I liked that you added optional roads, it would be meaningless if you didn't add them. I don't know why but I felt blocked while jumping like I couldn't really jump "normal". For a 1 person game, it is awesome! It is a dramatic game so I think I would have changed the sfx for rolling the dice for further improvements!

I definitely agree with the dice roll sound effect hahah, I didn't have the time to find a better one. Probably should have just pitch shifted and reverbed the sound I had.

An interesting concept. It would make for a good story if the protagonist gained the ability to control their fate, but for now it makes for an interesting metaphor. Good stuff!

Thanks! I definitely tried to have a little bit of the player being able to break sequence, with being able to take the low road even if they rolled high enough to take the high road. But I'll keep that in mind :)
