Thank you for the report! This issue is fixed in the latest update, but we'll see if we can release a hotfix for the free version. The solution you noted, leaving the area before sleeping and then returning, is the easiest way to avoid the bug.

Team Isekai is looking for a dedicated Quality Assurance Tester!

This position has been filled. Thanks to all who applied!

We are looking for a QA Tester to assess the quality of our game and to ensure stability between updates. We offer payments for bug discoveries as well as a retainer fee. Isekai RPG is an adult action-adventure game with role-playing elements.

Job Info

Responsibilities

  • Report bugs and errors.
  • Conduct post-update testing.
  • Help troubleshoot issues.

Requirements

  • Must be over the age of 18.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.

Familiarity with Unreal Engine is preferred, but not required. No programming experience necessary. Thank you!

I've found the solution. In order to generate keys for individually priced download channels you need to use the Create key group button and bulk generate however many keys you need rather than trying to generate individual download keys. You'll be given the option to input what dollar amount the key(s) grant access to. In my case it's one key with a set price of $, granting access to the $-tier paid version of the game.

I'll leave this thread up for anyone else confused about the same thing.

Hello. I'm a little confused on how key generation works.

The game in question has three distribution channels on one game page: Free, $, and $$. The game is linked with Patreon and the channels correspond to support tiers. I would like to generate a key that grants access to the $ tier.

While I'm able to generate keys on the game's Distribute>Download_keys page, I don't see any settings for specifying which distribution channel the key grants access to. It appears as though the keys only grant access to the free version of the game.

Thank you for your support! It does sound like you've reached the end of the available content. We're working to add more, but it takes a long time to get from a written script to a playable scene. Every bit of support helps speed things up, so again thank you!

As for the hentai content, you'll probably like the next update!

Thank you for taking the time to look things over!
The gameplay clip does not have audio. I intended to have it autoplay, but I'm not sure there's a way to actually do that. My goal was to have something similar to what you would find on a Steam page where the main video autoplays while muted.

Hello! I'm currently looking for feedback on Isekai RPG's storefront. Do the screenshots convey what the game looks like? Is the video clip too short? Does the background image not line up correctly? Is there a typo somewhere? Could the About section be written better?

Any helpful criticism is welcome. Thank you!

The run button may now be remapped. Thank you!

The issues you noted should now be fixed. Thank you for your valuable feedback!

Thank you for your useful feedback!

Thank you for the great feedback!

Making the character sprites larger and the UI transparent were major improvements. My only real gripe would be some of the character name colors seemed a bit too dark or oversaturated. Also, Clover is best girl.

Thank you for leaving so many detailed notes. It's very helpful!

I like how snappy and responsive the controls feel. I think the deadzone on the thumbstick might be a bit too small, though. At one point my character looked like she was sliding across ice very slowly, but it was just my thumbstick moving her very, very slightly.

Thank you for taking the time to write such thorough notes. I appreciate it!

Your art has improved a lot. Please add beard physics!

I'm a fan of the art style! I played with the retro 16:9 view mode. To me it looks like a stylized MechWarrior 2 which is something I would consider a positive. One thing which stood out to me is the sound design. While I think the game could use more sounds in general, the weapon effects and the little feet clacks had me immersed in the cockpit which is something I would want from a game like this.

Obviously the UI is a work in progress, but I think adding tooltips would help a lot. Even for someone who's played a lot of mech games it kind of felt like being tossed into the deep end when loading the mechbay. You do at least have a help menu which is praiseworthy.

I think the only real bug I noticed was walking into an enemy unit would show their mech on my own health display which seemed kind of odd. For instant action I couldn't seem to configure it for anything besides a 1v1.
