I don't think so, they don't make great streaming content unless they're fully voice acted
that said I have seen people play some classic MUDs or other interactive fiction games on YouTube, but not live streamed ever

I think I might have seen Matthew Colville streaming an interactive fiction game once? Don't quote me on that though, could be wrong lol

I bought some really really old text games on GOG not long ago, planetfall and the Zork series (I love them) something about a classic DOS game where I'm taking notes with pen and paper and reading through a manual (which came with some cool art) to figure out commands gave me some good vibes. Graphics can even be a deal breaker for me,  depending on how it feels along with the story.

Anyway,  would 100% play a story based game but I think I'm part of a niche audience. 

Aww yeah that was pretty cute, fun too, but damn do I suck at controlling webby lol

Not sure if it's a favorite, but I was browsing other beat em up's lately and this game's capsule art caught my eye, it was fun. It's a pretty simple page but I think simple can work well.

I liked the music a lot, the art was great, I did enjoy tricking enemies into falling into bottomless pits so that was nice, it could use some more juice and enemy types, but overall, it felt good to play

Hey everybody! Our team of two has been working on this game, we've got some feedback recently and we think it's greatly improved so far. We're always looking for more feedback to continue improving.

We have some ideas for the future on changing the level layouts and adding a ton more secrets. Currently we have apartment 425, we're working on adding some more apartments until we get a full demo.

Summary

Sign My Petition is an adventure beat 'em up about saving your mouse tribe from certain death. Fight the weirdo bugs of the apartment complex hell bent on making money by any means possible, talk to the resident mice and humans and help them with their problems, and get rewards!

My guess would be it works if you're only interested in other devs as playtesters (which coincidentally is what we're doing with our game now)

I suppose it doesn't hurt in helping build some sort of community lol

In a nutshell, its about saving the apartment complexes mice and humans from a terrible landlord

I think our game has some unique vibes, I don't know how to describe that as a feature. Art direction and story I suppose?

Looks like there's an issue with PS5 controllers on our WASM build, if you use a PS5 controller and experience weirdness you'll have to use a keyboard in the meantime or switch to an XBOX controller.
