This should be fixed in the latest linux app-image! We are still running some testing for windows before we send out the update there.

Thanks for flagging this. You’re right, FoleyDock is currently creating large cache files under AppData for some audio files, which can take up a lot more space than expected.
We’re planning to improve this in a couple ways. Local WAV files should not need to be duplicated like this, and we also want to add cache controls in Settings so the cache location can be changed and cleared more easily. That should help avoid large temp files filling up the C: drive.

Linux support not on the roadmap just yet, but if we get enough demand for it we can look into it. I have not tested wine support, but theoretically, we package everything you need dependency wise in the main package so it shouldn’t have any problems there. I’m not sure how it would handle audio device stuff though.
