Not unless you go looking into the comments! Besides, anyone looking for a way to get Clippy in 2025 would clearly be looking for something at least comparable to his original form, which is very much not how this appears to function, and yours uses AI anyway, so anyone with a moral compass wouldn’t want to use it.

As someone who doesn’t play a lot of horror games (not to get too personal, but anxiety makes me very susceptible to even light horror), but the one liner description immediately made me want to try this one out, and I’m glad I did. I really liked the showcase room towards the end and even had a but of a funny moment with the moving statue - as soon as I saw “Don’t look at me” I was like “OK I won’t!” and turned around to read the sign for the floor plan diorama.
Very surreal experience that felt like reading someone’s diary (with permission).
I was wondering the same thing and I think there is only one option there, also seems to only be one face option - a little confusing seeing as almost everything else is able to be changed but I think the idea is meant to be that physically they're basically the same character no matter what, you're just picking their outfit/voice/pronouns to make it feel more self-insert-able.
As someone who's here *for* Madhouse and August (they're visually similar to some of the artist's OCs, and I follow them on bsky), I fully agree with everything you're saying but can't bring myself to feel it as a negative. I literally didn't notice, I thought I was just getting really lucky with the dialogue 💀
Thank you for the kind words :) Hazards and power-ups are planned in the post-jam update, and the core is displayed in the window title (or at least, it SHOULD be, listed as "Rain Blocked") - I definitely intend to move that to be actually in the game window, like the fire's health is. Thanks for playing (also, cute username!)
I think the hallway is infinite because I spent 15 real life human minutes walking and nothing happened. I noticed there's some strange collission with the grabbable wall allowing the player to fly out thorugh the roof but I never tried dropping while not over the floor so IDK if that was the intended solution?
Or maybe the game is a commentary on the futility of capitalism and I just didn't understand it lol
I somehow didn't expect this to be a horror game (noped out at "hold shift to run") HOWEVER I like the premise being presented here, and if I had the resilience to play through the whole thing, I just know I'd like the actual story if I got to see the whole thing. I'm sure this game is excellent, I'm just unfortunately not the target demo but I won't dock points for that.
I don't have the skillz to make it very far in this game, but I like the idea. The archer cluster is a bit frustrating, because it feels like it should be skill-solution-able if you grind for the dash damage instead of blocking on that level, but the knockback can easily corner you - although I think that's supposed to be the point?
Regardless, this is a great game and I liked the humor. Bonus points for shittalking ChatGPT <3
I couldn't read the papers on the web version because of the resolution, but after installing the downloadable version, it was legible "enough" - I technically like the idea of having the notes use what appears to be real handwriting, because it really feels like someone just handed me a recipe note or something, but I think there should at least be an "enhanced reading mode" or something that uses a font to display the information.
I like a lot of the ideas presented here, but readability plus the magic dough seemingly not working definitely docks some points. I'd LOVE to see this get developed more after the Voting Phase is over though!
I can't find a setting for it in Preferences and googling he issue only yields a similar question from three years ago where an admin went "it doesn't exist lol," refused to elaborate, and closed the thread. Since that post was from three years ago, there's no way light theme hasn't been implemented yet, RIGHT?!?
I love basically everything about this game. The characters are really cute and make me think of Furret (affectionate). The cutscene towards the start could use a "move dialogue faster" button though, as I found I was able to read each line like four or five times before the text continued. I'm really interested in the story concept and would love to see this get a full release. Like, I'd straight up buy a full version of this on Steam or smth
