Ah yeah I ran out of time :x I didn't explain it much in the game but here's some of the details xD

  • Enemies that are round can be knocked back but rest can't (if an enemy dies during a collision it explodes)
  • Rock projectiles can knock back enemies and projectiles
  • Paper projectiles pierce through enemies, stunning and dealing DOT to them but slows down each pierce
  • Scissors projectiles pierce through enemies but speed up each pierce

Thanks for playing!!

NIce :D Thanks for playing!!

Thank you!! And thanks for playing!!

Ohh thank you so much for the kind words haha. The player's max level is 20, but the passive levels are all uncapped (though I was roughly aiming for people to have ~30-50 levels for their passives) I probably need to tweak the values more because a lot of people have mentioned how it's a chore to upgrade the levels xD But yeah!! Thanks for playing!!!

Oops xD Yeah I probably need to balance that better haha. Thanks for playing!!!

Aaa thanks for playing!! I might consider updating when I have the time!! But yeah I do agree that there are some issues especially with the screen size that needs fixing >__<

Thanks for playing!!

Thanks for playing!! :D

Really cozy game!! The music and sound effects were really calming and I got a bit lost trying to create some sort of beach area haha. The colors and animations are so clean and I can totally see this becoming a base for some sort of worldbuilder type game xD Great job!!

Ah yeah I didn't elaborate much on it but the rules are

  • Enemies that are round can be knocked back but rest can't (if an enemy dies during a collision it explodes)
  • Rock projectiles can knock back enemies and projectiles
  • Paper projectiles pierce through enemies, stunning and dealing DOT to them but slows down each pierce
  • Scissors projectiles pierce through enemies but speed up each pierce

But yeah I completely agree with the "not having an A beats B" mechanic xD I actually had something planned for it but I ended up scrapping it because there was too much to do :x I probably could have managed things a bit better on my part :p Also yeah, I initially wanted to let the player click anywhere but I had a bug where you would click on the passive button and it would also try to fire LOL so I changed it xD

But yeah!! Thank you so much for the feedback!! And thanks for playing!!

Aaa thank you for the kind words!! Thanks for playing haha

OH!! Omg!!! The ending!!! That was such a nice surprise!! I'm a sucker for vampire survivor type games but the ending completely caught me off guard haha. Really nice work!!

Thanks for playing!! xD

I like the concept and the story haha. It got a chuckle out of me :x Good job!!

Thank you!! I'm glad you had fun haha. Also yeah I probably should have added more QoL stuff for PC controls :x

Very stylistic! I'm not very good with the controls and I keep losing points haha but overall I had fun! Great work!!

Thanks for playing!!

Ooo interesting concept!! It's kinda funny because sometimes I do actually sometimes encounter those scenarios where I forget what someone else just said haha. I think a small critique would be that the text for the textbox should't be readjusting or moving about so much because it makes it a bit hard to read >__<

Oop yeah :x I actually had a thing where I allowed the player to click to instantly pull back the slingshot but I don't think it really solves the problem haha. Thanks for playing!!

OH wow!!! Omg I absolutely loved how cinematic this game felt!! The camera jumping around took a while to get used to but I really enjoyed the puzzle aspect of it even though it was so short. I really love the amount of polish in the game. Bravo!!

Ah yeah! A few others have mentioned about this and I agree!! It's definitely something I'll look into if I decide to continue working on this game xD And yeah I think I really need to work on the start of the game, it ramps up a bit too fast. I don't know if I'll continue working on this but we'll see haha, thanks for playing!!

I'm not really a history buff so it took a while for the narration + the dates to make sense for me xD I think the level with the dissolution of the Soviet Union one took me longer than I'd like to admit :x I usually end up giving up for puzzle games like these (especially adding the hours LOL, that somehow felt more mind boggling than adding up dates) but I managed to pull through and it was worth it!! Overall really great job, I enjoyed this game!! (On smaller resolutions, the fonts on the gears kinda mess up, like the + looks like a -)

really calm and relaxing game!! You really nailed the underwater aesthetic! From the bubbles popping to the parallex shift for the BG. The music at the end was kinda funny haha. The game kinda reminds me of the wallpaper mode in Insaniquarium Deluxe xD Overall good job!!

Ooo yeah that is a good idea for the x10 button thing. And yeah, the balancing could probably use a bit more work so that the points are more meaningful :x Thanks for the feedback and thanks for playing!!

Ooo I really enjoyed this one!! I liked everything from the theme to the art, sound and mechanics!! I think it's very polished and I would have loved to have been able to continue the game from where I left off haha. Overall, really great job, congrats on making this!!

AH!! Omg, that's my bad x__x yeah I should probably pay more attention to the colors in future :x Thanks for playing!!

LOL haha I had a good laugh with this one xD

Ohh yeah the balance definitely needs work :x I was considering a 3 choose 1 upgrade system on top of the passives thing where it pops up and forces them to choose an upgrade or having a longer break in-between waves so players will have time to upgrade or something. Thanks for playing!!

Ah yeah :x I wanted to have different enemy types, but I ran into some design issues with them and ended up scrapping it haha. But yeah I agree that it'd fit the idea better. Thanks for playing!!

I keep getting this bug where I fall through the ground everytime the spinny guy hits me :( That said, I was blown away by this game! I really appreicate the amount of effort that went into this!! I think it's also kinda cute that you have different lines of dialogue at the start haha. I enjoyed the gameplay loop, (kinda wished throwing the sword would be a bit stronger :x) and I really love the juice and aesthetics of the game. Excellent job!!

I accidentally fell off at the start and it took a while for me to figure out how the game worked haha xD Like when things were falling, it almost looked like I was "ascending". I'm not normally a fan of these kinds of games, but the zen-like music and the whole calming mood of the game made me play on. That and I just wanted to beat the highest score on the leaderboard haha. Overall really nice! The font at the start was a bit hard to read.

Very interesting take on the theme! I took an insanely long time to get past the first level because I just couldn't find the "flow". I managed to get up to the level with the circles but it was a bit too difficult for me >__< I really like the mechanic though! It feels really good when you manage to catch the swing at the right momentum.

I have a soft spot for incremental games and this really scratched that itch haha. I love the theming and the balance for this! I think you absolutely nailed it haha. Overall really great game!! The only tiny thing was that I didn't know that I had unlocked more upgrades until I scrolled down haha. :x

I like the game overall, but I think the melee weapons are a little bit hard to use against the ranged enemies :x I really like the enemy designs and variety though! Really well done!!

Really loved the feel of the game!! The movement and animations felt smooth and the effects were really so clean and nice!!

I think it's a really cute and charming game. I feel like you have to play the levels first before you can know if there's a north or south pole thing to attract you which made me have to constantly retry :x Overall I had fun and I really like the cute concept of a polar bear and penguin haha.

Interesting take on the theme! I think it took me a while to realise I had to keep track of the sliders. I think the difficulty might need to be tweaked a little but I still enjoyed it nonetheless!

I love how well the mechanics are so on theme and I love the little level requirements for each wave! Extremely well-executed game! Personally I have a little bit of skill issue with the controls but after a while I sort of got used to it. :x

Woah this is a completely new and different take on the theme compared to the rest of the games I've seen! Very unique and I sort of wish it was longer haha. Overall I really liked it!!

I'm glad you enjoyed it!! Thanks for playing!!! :D
